Extremely disappointed. This is my neighborhood gas station...the disrespect my husband received is absurd, the lady that is African discriminated my husband just because he had his work uniform on. He asked POLITELY to use the restroom and she had the audacity to look him up and down, gave him attitude and threw the bathroom key at him. BEWARE OF THIS LADY SHE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

I have paid with credit card at the pump twice and the pump was not pumping. I talked to the cashier in store and asked if the pump is okay and she confirmed it is functional. I tried one more time at another pump and no help. I normally fill full tank and that is why I pay at the pump. Finally, I had to pay at the cashier for an amount I estimated that would be good for a full tank. A lady who claimed to be a manager or the other lady never showed any interest to help or explain why the pump was not filling despite the CC approved at the machine. Will never go to this place again! I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years as I live nearby. Same thing used to happen to me 4 years back when I moved to that area!

Been a local customer here for years and never been disrespected as I just was last night by a new clerk. The old man immediately assumed I was on welfare and asked if I was paying with EBT despite me having been attended by him multiple times before.To prevent any further actions on my behalf I will just drive elsewhere to Gas up and purchase my snacks from now on. GREAT customer service, CHEVRON ?

Seems they never have change, and most of the time they only have one worker so no one's there if they need to go to the bathroom.

Elizabeth, the cashier, is the most rudest person there. While using the restroom, she kept banging the door and rushing me. Forgive me that I can't go any faster.... she told me to go home and use my own restroom.... Elizabeth has bad customer service. Never smiles, and is very unfriendly. Also called me a chino outside the restroom. very racist... why is a racist working here...

I had a shift @ 3:40am, I had to stop by here for a tank and it's the nearest gas station. my car didn't turn on due to alternator issues so, I had to stay in my car; since everyone I called for help was asleep, luckily my friend was willingly to come by 2 hrs later and jump start my vehicle. However, the management here was totally up her a** behavior cause she wanted me to move my car and I explained that my car is dead. You JUST started your shift and you're not even helping anyway ....it's not your house, you just work there and I PAID convenience here. Not coming back ever again. If you're gonna throw a fit, might as well jump in to help if someone's car died. That way you'd see some movement! Food for thought ! I understand that it's common to see beggar druggies but I didn't ask for money or bothered the community.

My 1st Job. I Worked Here Before. It Was My First Job Right After I Graduated From Katella High School (Class Of 2021). I Worked Here Because I Had Nothing Else To Do During The Summer. I Went To An Interview & I Got Hired & Next Thing I Know I Work The Next Day. I Met These Employees Named Graciela (Manager & The Next Ones Are Employees), Francisco, Jenni, & This Blonde Hair Lady I Forgot Her Name Because She Was Never There. They Were All Nice. I Signed A Paper It Was Bout "Are You Willing To Do Overtime?" Like I Said I Had Nothing Else To Do, I Put "Yes". It Said 12-15 Hour Shifts. Which Was Ok For Me Because I Would Make A Lot Of Money. Once I Realized How Much The Government Takes Away From You, I Decided To Stop It. I Would Say I Did More Than 2 Weeks Straight Overtime & There Was Once This One Time I Got Sick & I Called Out & My Supervisor & Manager We're Pissed. I Was Like Wtf?! They Told Me They Were Gonna Need Me & To Stop Lying & To Stop Trying To Go Out Partying. Look I Take My F****** Job Seriously. My Supervisor Was A Total F****** Dick. I Liked The Fact He Was Strict & He Would Take His Job Seriously But Being A Weirdo & A Dick Supervisor Ain't It Bro. I Started Working There On June 17th 2021 Until July 18th 2021. The Reasons Why I Left Were 1 Because My F****** Manager Would Want Me To Come Earlier Like For Example I Start At 1pm & Go Home At 9pm. This F****** Lady Wanted Me To Come In At 10am Because She Said She Was Scared & Lonely. Look Graciela If You Are F****** Reading This, I'm Gonna F****** Say This Straight Up. I Straight Up Did Not Give A F*** Why? Because When I Wanted Someone To F****** Be With Me Yall Told Me "Oh No, Only 1 Person Works Alone" Like Really?! Nah I Ain't Accepting This B******** Second Reason Was Because I Never Had 2 F****** Days Off. I Know I Signed A Paper For Overtime & Since I Worked 6-7 Of The Week (8-12 Hours Sometimes 15 Hours) But Me As An Employee I Had The Right To Call Out If I'm Working That Much Time. Even When I Wanted To Call Off At Least One F****** Day Yall Would Get Mad! Really?! Im & I Was The Only F****** Employee There That Worked A Bunch Of Hours When Yall Where Home Doing Nothing!!! Hey Whoever Is Reading This Or Anyone That Worked During That Time F*** You. Especially F*** You Jenni You F****** Whore Fake A** Gangster. Francisco You We're Cool Bro But I Had To Go Because I Was Tired Of All The B******* There Especially Graciela's & Our Supervisors B********* F*** You Jamal (Supervisor). My First Job Was Cool But The People I Was Working With Took A Lotta Advantage Of Me & That Wasn't Fair I Will Not Let A Nigga Or A B**** Do That Again. F*** All Those Employees & My Supervisor. Friendly attendants. They will turn on the air for you if you ask nicely. Convenient for me as I live in the neighborhood. Pricing is competitive in the area and Chevron quality is the best.

Consistently (several times) tries to withhold cash payout from lottery tickets. I go here because it's very close to my mom's house but each time I go to help my mom cash out her lotto tickets, they would give me the free plays but not the cash payout unless I mention that I also won cash. Very sad for those who do not regularly check their small winnings.

Bad bad bad!!! Wanted some change to use in the vac machine after a car wash. They can't give out any change even if it's to spend it in the business. Cashier told me if I need change to use for the vac. To go to the laundry Matt across the street and get it. Good job guys !!
