I love this mall and the new stores that are coming in. You guys should definitely check out the new Urban Market in the old PacSun location. It's the PERFECT gift store to check out this upcoming holiday season. I hear they are opening another store in the mall with over 60+ new businesses.

Westminster mall used to be a thriving community full of shoppers but it is now a piece of history frozen in time. This mall is a unique attraction that makes people feel creepiness, loneliness, nostalgia, and adventurous at the same time. Want a job that you can just sit around all day? Get hired at the mall, I am pretty sure only 5 customers come through each day.

Pretty nice and spacious indoor mall with over 100 shops, eateries, and and a large food court. The department stores are JC Penny's and Macy's. This mall has most of the usual shops that you would see in a mall however they have some other cool places like the Chuze Fitness Center and the Sky Zone. They also have John's Incredible pizza. I believe this mall is fairly old, but it still seems nice. It has two floors and like mentioned earlier has shops like Lids, Cotton On, Hot Topic, and Victoria's Secret among others. I enjoyed my time here, and they have a lot of parking available as well. I recommend this mall.

This is a rundown mall, infested with drug dealers and gangs this mall should be shut down immediately. If I can give it 0 stars I would. As soon as you sit down anywhere a weirdo will pop out , out of nowhere, really sad vibe here and depressing mall. It's really unsafe. Would recommend to no one.

The main draw in this shopping plaza is Walmart. There is a Costco Business Center but it closes early. This Walmart used to be 24 hours but not anymore. In fact, it's been several years since it's been that way. There is also a Carl's Jr. and a gas station. The parking lot is huge to accommodate all the Walmart customers. They don't clear the shopping carts quick enough, though. Sometimes there's a lot if trash. Some homeless park their cars/vans here and panhandle from shoppers. There are electric car charging stations here, too.

As much as I'd live to give this local mall a Three Star rating, it simply is not. I've read some of the reviews, many people have a sentimental attachment to the Westminster Mall... I get it. There's a mall in the SF Bay Area that I spent many days at from small kine days to my teen years but it too has fallen victim to time and trends. Though, I haven't been by Southland Mall in a very long time, I doubt much has changed. Well, at least for the better. Westminster Mall must've been the "it place," to go but fast forward in time and within about a 30 minute drive; South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, The Outlets at Orange - formerly The Block (2011), and not much further, The Irvine Spectrum Center. There are other places like the Anaheim Gardenwalk, Brea Mall, and MainPlace Mall but IMO, they're a bit dated in comparison. I made a stop @ Westminster Mall for the singular purpose of finally checking off Luxe Buffet from my yelp* bookmarks. The Luxe Buffet has been on my to-try list forever; years ago... 'Over six years if I had to guess. This day, I had business in Costa Mesa; Westminster's just down the street. (Luxe Buffet: 2 Star rating - Review in progress) I walked around the mall after eating @ Luxe Buffet. Stores: F21 Red (Forever 21), Macys, JCPenney, Target, Bath & Body, Lids, Foot Locker, Vans, DSW, Spencer's Gifts, Hot Topic, Journeys, LensCrafters, Game Stop, and even an Auntie Anne's Pretzels. There's even a US Post Office here! (That's actually a pretty good idea.) Also, there's John's Incredible Pizza & a Sky Zone. I've never walked into Sky Zone before... If I was a kid, this would be THE PLACE I'd wanna be! Pretty cool, a lot of activities for kids to climb, jump, and burn off plenty of energy! It's a kid friendly version of "Wipe Out meets American Gladiator." - HA! I strolled around the mostly empty mall; not too many people. I saw some other shops; a couple of VR entertainment venues; airsoft guns/ammo, a smoke shop, and some other individual store fronts. After seeing the various shops, it reminded me a lot of tents you might see @ the swap meet... 'But inside a mall. Is the Westminster Mall dated?... 'Quite possibly, standing on it's last leg; trying to survive & compete against all the mega-malls?... Struggling these past few years while dealing with COVID-19?... The answer, "Yes, yes, and yes." Times are hard for a lot of businesses nowadays. It's quite evident that Westminster Mall is which was probably already having challenges before the pandemic is really feeling the effects. If I'm back in the area, I may try John's Incredible Pizza; never had it... 'Call me "pie-curious." If I do return, I'll probably meander about the mall again; maybe spend even a little extra time walking its floors. I wish the Westminster Mall and its businesses best wishes in weathering this socio-economical storm. - Big Aloha! Food: n/a Ambiance: 2 Service: n/a Value: 3

I enjoyed this mall growing up as a kid but now as an adult, it's just sad and empty going inside. Literally, a complete difference from south coast and west mall. They still have a few stores that are okay to shop at. I wish they offered more popular stores that would attract more people. The food court is whatever's and only good thing is panda lol. That's saying much. many empty store spots that aren't filled but I'm sure rent isn't easy paying when you got no customers. I still like a few spots in there like target lol, bath and body works, lids, express, macys, foot locker, vans, dsw and wreztel pretzel. They do offer fun little carts that are like stuffed animals for kids. Overall, it's nice to walk around and not worry about craziness and not finding parking. There's a few good stores for people to shop at if it's closed by.

Everytime I come here, i find myself spending less and less time here. Honestly I believe Target and Book off are the only stores keeping this mall alive. Also, why is it so dim at evening time? It makes the mall look even more depressing. Lots of empty stores that theyve yet to fill. Food Court could use major work since most of the food there looks disgusting. They get rid of random stores for no reason. Rip Hollister, Pacsun, See's Candy, Fashion Q :(. This is the mall closest to me yet it is so boring I would rather travel to one much more exciting.

The Westminster Mall is an enclosed two-level shopping mall, which features large stores including JCPenney, Target and other franchised stores. There're plenty parking in the outdoor lot, though the decoration style inside the mall is very old fashioned.

Haven't been to this mall in a long time before Yelp. Lot of changes in stores since then some were closed and some have changed. I mainly came here for a Yelp elite experience at the Donut museum. Not a huge mall but a good size one thing I do like about this one is you can access Target from the mall. Overall not too bad but drive another 20mins on the 405 South and hit South Coast Plaza.

Worst Mall I have ever visited they Have No Respect For Service Animals !! Not even 5 min walking in a security stops to talk to me telling me that I need to leave the mall like wtf I just got here what did I do? He tells me that my dog is not behaving like a service dog should. Mind you my dog is an ESA!. As far as I know and as far as my doctor explained Emotional support animals don't need to be trained like how other service dogs are and he's a puppy ! in training!. Just because my puppy was doing what all puppies do being happy and smelling things. I mean he's a beagle ! Beagles instincts are to smell and track I guess the security thought that that was bad behavior idfk. It was very disrespectful for him to tell us that we needed to leave for no freaking reason. And of course I'm going to defend my puppy I told the security first off my dog is not out of control or behaving in any bad way and I would like for you to freaking show me where it says that you are allowed to kick my service animal out? And for what reasons? The head of security showed me a rule that said Something about "Bringing pets to the center premises except in designated areas or service animals" And I told her that's not answering my question where does it say that you guys are allowed to kick out my service animal for NO ReasoN ?! The head security female red hair was like we could call PD so they could tell you to leave instead. I was so mad and felt sooo harassed I told them "call them! call them ! and tell them that you're trying to kick someone and their ESA out for NO Effin REASON"!!! The securities just walked away and I didn't even want to continue shopping just Because of how mad I was. It was unacceptable disrespectful and just so illegal in so many ways I do not recommend going to Westminster mall they have no respect for people with service animals
