I love strolling through here during Tet Festival for dumplings and lemon grass shrimp soup. Buy some jewelry, jade Buddhas and Chinese lanterns. Everyone is very sweet and I think they have outside Karaoke. Not sure.There's a stage though. That would be cool.

Probably the busiest plaza in Little Saigon especially in the weekend as it's opposite Phước Lộc Thọ. With Seafood Cove (dim sum favorite) on second floor and Á Đông supermarket at the end of plaza with many shops in between. Parking spaces are tight so pack your patience.
