Don't bank here. Bank manager and bank district manager are closing your account of you don't agree with them, hold their opinion Retaliation culture and cancel culture forget about banking rules it's with the district manager has to say about your personal opinionsMillie Mia is a tyrant and an awful person, and under investigation for multiple violations. She is the district manager for this bank put your money somewhere where you can sleep at night, knowing that they will not violate you.

I've never walked into the branch, however I can only imagine how exceptional it would be after dealing with Yana and Alain in loans. Both were absolutely professional, attentive, accommodating, and always available for my questions and requests at nearly all hours of the day. They worked so hard to help me get a 2nd loan on my property in this current market where no one would allow it. The entire loan experience with them has been nothing but a pleasure. I will always reach out to them for any future loans and I highly recommend to all. Thank you Yana and Alain!

The Westlake US Bank branch is one of my favorite banks to work with thanks to their awesome manager, Yana Hatem. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. All of my banking needs are always handled with sincere care. I can't recommend this bank enough!

The branch manager of this bank is racist. She yelled across the entire bank at my husband to go somewhere else and that she's notgiving him and money. Even after providing all do ends, she didn't believe he had the accounts he had. She is rude, racist, discriminates and caused and continues to cause our family and children intentional financial and emotional harm. We will be filing complaints. Don't go here if you want your own cash or fair treatment.

My son-in-law is Black. Keep that in mind. He has over $250,000 in USBank. He has been treated questionably in this branch before. Today the manager told him he couldn't take out any cash and her reason was that he had taken out cash the day before at another branch. WTF? She wanted to know why he was taking out his own money. He told Yana, the manager, that it wasn't her business why he needed cash. She obviously dodn't agree and all people of color must qualify for her or USBank's approval before they withdraw their own cash. Now this wasn't $50,000 or $100,000. It was an amount I take out of Chase all the time. Yana refused to give him any cash at all. Now remember he is a super nice businessman who looks like a businessman. Obviously, US Bank requires black people or any non-white person to pass some unknown litmus test before they are blessed/ anointed to withdraw their own money. Don't like racist companies? Withdraw all your money from USBank. Maybe they should only open branches in Alabama or Mississippi.

I had an appointment with the banker today and they told me to wait 15 mins. I end up waiting 25mins and the guy asked me to wait another 10mins. Are you kidding me? Absolutely horrible service!! This is my second visit because nobody were avalible on my first visit so I had to make an appointment and didn't get to see the banker again!! I am not going back there again! Stay away from this branch.

Mr. Ryan Said, Client Relations Consultant at this branch helped us in a most kind, thoughtful, and efficient way. I had been trying for 7 years to get US Bank to transfer the funds from my deceased mother's account at US Bank to her central account. Everyone at US Bank had given me the run around despite the fact that I had mailed the death certificate, Letters Testamentary, and Resident Agent legal forms to them as proof of my authority; I was also listed on my mother's account as a signatory. Despite all of this, they still refused to help, saying that I had to do this in person. The problem is that the closest branch of US Bank was many hundreds of miles away from my home, making it nearly impossible. Recently, I travelled to California for the funeral of my aunt. I was turned away by Edward Prado at the US Bank branch in Thousand Oaks, CA, but Mr. Said at the Westlake Village branch agreed to help me, and he was so compassionate and helpful that I was able to close the account and finish all business on the account in only 30 min. He was the only US Bank employee that made the effort to listen and provide true service. Thank you, Ryan!

I had a recent experience at this branch and was very satisfied with their service. Yana Hatem, who is the branch manager did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with her service. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend US Bank and especially this branch.

US Bank is doing the best job during these times banks are cutting back. Unlike other banks they have at least one branch in every city that is open. This bank is the best because of manager Chincia, she is outstanding at multitasking and satisfying customer needs. Yana and the rest of the staff are wonderful as well.

I have taken off over draft two seperate times in 6 years to wake up today to find 2 overdraft fees totaling $76.00. The last two times they couldnt do anything and ofcourse this time they couldnt do anything as well. They usually tell you to call either two people customer service or the original branch you opened with. The person in front of you then helps with dialing the number and handing you the phone. Once you get through if your me they refuse to help or reverse anything, in six years 3 seperate times ive never been helped. IM SORRY US BANK IM GONE!

This is a top notch bank with good "family atmosphere". Everyone here from Yana, and Amanda to Chincia, gives best customer service. Other US banks could learn from their exceptional social skills, professionalism and good work ethics.
