“I went there with my cousin on October 17th in the afternoon after having gone to two other rental places that couldn't provide us the service . Even though they we're having computer problems with a system update the girl there was very helpful and even provided us with a spare Towing ball because the one that we brought wouldn't do the job ... Plus they have a wider selection of trailers there. Although this particular U-Haul location was a little out of the way for us I would go all the way there for the customer service and the ease of transacting a rental.”

“I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”

“This place was the best! I take a camping trip once a year to the Mojave Desert. I had reserved a midsize SUV with Enterprise, a week before my departure I realized this particular vehicle would not fit all our gear.
