Now this is a bank branch run well, with kind, respectful and helpful individuals. Welles Fargo, you should look at this branch and their management and upgrade your failure of service at your West Hollywood branch.

Wells Fargo in Jackson, Mississippi, is very dishonest. Someone added thousands of dollars, in fraudulent cash back charges to My Walmart Purchases, and Other Retailer Purchases, in orders to cover up my missing deposits, and missing funds. The Next Time I shall hand over the Bank Statements to the CEO of those Retailers, to see if they have the same records. Also, it’s very sad how Wells Fargo denied Me access to My Deposit Slips; withdrawal slips; and cleared checks…Also, Deposits + Withdrawals + Debits = Truth…Also, Wire fraud; and money laundering is not cool.

The bank refused to take my deposit because they didn't have room for my 5 dollars in rolled pennies. Called corporate and they are filing a complaint against the management. While I was waiting in line, a customer was arguing with the teller. I felt bad for her until I realized he probably had a reason to argue with them. This bank has a bad attitude and nobody is trained for the job. Time to clean house.

1 teller is not enough. It's ridiculous how long it takes to get service here. The teller seems to be very confused every time I come here. Not a well ran business.

The worst branch ever , they have no banker it’s been a while , the manager don’t care about customers , not helpful at all just saying we don’t have bankers do it on your apps guys or call the 800 number the day before and today She was Even eating behind the counter front of people like it’s normal . Anyway

This bank is literally underneath my apartment and I still avoid it. It’s a joke! Barely anyone works here it’s always one teller at most 2 maybe Wells Fargo is too cheap to hire more people but everything is slow. Literally dotn come to this bank unless u wanna spend 30 min just to deposit money. HIRE MORE TELLERS!!!!!

Something is really wrong here. Really long line with no one being helped. After 30 minutes I just had to walk out. Don't go to this branch. Maybe even Wells Fargo. It's going downhill.

Second time at this location and the don’t have representatives on duty to help with bank account. Why this branch even exist here? Just put an ATM instead. Customer service just getting worse and worse

0 stars. My account was flagged due to possible fraud. I called in & determined that everything is fine & the manager said there were no flags on my account, but he lied. There is & I can't go to my online banking. The branch manager did try to help me but was unable to reach the fraud line from her office. She tried for 2 hours, so it's not her fault. No one answers the phone when you call the fraud line. It's a nightmare. I spent 3 hours a day for 2 days trying to fix it. They need to release all my funds directly to me, or I'm going to have to get an attorney. This is crazy. Don't bank at Wells Fargo
