We wandered into the Tempur-Pedic store because we have been considering getting new pillows (and in the future getting a new mattress). I didn’t know there were so many pillow options but William was super helpful in explaining them to us and letting us try out different ones until we found what was right for us. William also told us about the mattress. William was nice and informative and the store experience was friendly and easy.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing from this mattress company. I walked into the flagship store on Melrose in Los Angeles on September 1, 2024, to ensure my order would go smoothly, but it has been nothing but a nightmare.
First, my order was delayed because they forgot to include my apartment number. No one reached out to inform me of this—I only found out when I called myself after days of no communication. How does a company with such a high reputation and premium prices fail at something so basic?
After calling to track down my mattress, the sales associate, William Lockhart, was condescending and unhelpful, only sending me the tracking number after I pushed for it. And that was just for the mattress.
I also ordered additional items, and again, I had to call a second time to get any information on those items as well. No tracking numbers were provided upfront. I called the generalized support number, and only then did I finally receive the tracking information I should have gotten as soon as the orders were processed. This is the second time I’ve had to chase down my own order.
For a company that prides itself on “quality and service,” this entire process has been frustrating and unacceptable. I still don’t have my mattress or the additional items I purchased, and the lack of communication is disheartening. If I’m paying a premium, I expect better than this.
I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.
