A number of years ago the foodie magazine SAVEUR had this store on its a best list. It's specialty being smoked fish. Lox , sturgeon and whitefish. The smoked is infact amazing. The employees speak little to no English. But hey, you can point and figure it out. They are not polite or even try to assist you , but for us that part of the charm. Not everyone has to kiss your arse,) they let their world class Lox do that. Stay away if you need to feel welcome. More for us !

I have options to give zero I will do Most unpleasant experience in my live. I'm handicap and waiting in line that's some person come after me and easily just in from. I say it's my line but like I never existed inside. Resist big time This is so unpleasant and unprofessional. I don't speak language and I'm not welcome

A bit overpriced compared to competition especially now that they stopped handing out chocolates on orders over 100$ mechta is cheaper and higher quality and cleaner.

Great produce and also (E. European + Israeli) treats. Try the ice cream.I like their nectarines and tomatoes the most, although there is always a great selection of tea and tea snacks (if you are a tea person).Other highlights: Napoleon cake, ginger snaps and Nikki (say hi to her)

The best pelmeni and chocolate for sure! I also love getting hematogen (candy) there. Great location and they have freshly baked pastries there too! I do not eat meat anymore, so I can't get pelmeni, but I like that they have non-meat options such as potatoes.

I love this store. Bolthole. Lots of imported foods from Russia, and the Caucasus. Go-to for pomagranate juice, fresh Russian bread, pasteries. My wife loves the Russian tea. Despite the current conflict overseas, these are the nicest people you'll meet.
