During my recent visit to West Hollywood, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the attentive staff. The hotel's elegant decor and luxurious amenities provided a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, allowing me to easily access popular attractions and dining spots in the area. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed providing a cozy atmosphere.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

Very old room. It smelled really bad. Front desk was very bad service. Room looked nothing like what was posted online. The odor in room gave me a huge headache and not sanitary at all.

Booked a room at the Montrose for my fiancee's birthday weekend, and I cannot say enough about the hospitality we were shown. The accommodations were great, but Amber at the front desk was the real highlight. When she heard we were newly engaged and celebrating a birthday she upgraded us to a beautiful suite for free. That was by no means at all expected, but it was such a great and all too rare touch that really made us feel special. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Amber!

Comfortable, clean, beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of the city of Los Angeles. Helpful and kind staff. This is our second stay at the Montrose and it was just as great as the first time. For a 10 night stay with teenage kids, we were super comfortable and happy. The location is peaceful and quiet, but still just a few minutes walk to Sunset, Santa Monica Blvd, and Melrose. So plenty of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away and a good grocery store with Pavillions a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The complementary wine between 5-6pm is a great way to relax in the evening. The free coffee in the morning is essential and much appreciated. The rooftop pool and bar are superb. The whole hotel has a stylish upmarket vibe. The 1-bedroom apartment we stay in is perfect for us. Not too small, comfy bed and sofa, good kitchenette and bathroom and great balcony overlooking residential Hammond Street. Room service is great, but I would just use Uber Eats if you want to save a few dollars. Really, I couldn't fault this place. Highly recommended. And a special shout out to Carla and Odie at the front desk. They were amazingly welcoming and patient and accommodating; a real asset to the Montrose.

Great peaceful location, front desk, and valet. Restaurant service was a little slow even though we were the only ones there. Food at the restaurant was fantastic once we were waited on.

Incredible rooms & location!Dinged for a couple things:1. Hidden fees especially $15/night for housekeeping but they didn’t come the whole week (no dishes/cutlery/wash soap for kitchen).2. None of my TVs casting worked.3. Two days with no wifi (no reason).4. Each room has a smoking balcony, but you cannot smoke (even though that’s all the balcony is for as you can’t fit anything else and no sun).
