“This shop is absolutely quality top shelf items at affordable prices, considering the wares are imported from Japan and might be handcrafted. The speciality is a pottery ware for cooking over fire, called Donabe like a crock pot. There are many items I haven't seen outside of Japan for cooking entertaining purposes. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. A Donabe is a great piece to make and serve soups, stews, beans... and it looks great in the range...”

“Walking into this store is really breathtaking, the flow of the designs on every square inch of the store at meticulously maintained. Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.”

“The staff are quite friendly and helpful. We decided to redo the bathroom and vanity area. All products we purchased were Kohler made including the lights. Delivery from the purchase date to receipt was under 8 days. Highly recommend this office and the helpful staff there.”
