A neighborhood favorite !!!! we’ve been coming for years and years and years. love the people that run the place, it always feels super safe in there no matter what time of night so I’ll walk in whenever. LGBTQ+ friendly, it’s a super inclusive place!!!
also we love the music they play. my partner always walks in with our chihuahua and now she’s like famous there lmaoooo. They also have tons of stuff for last minute gifts, lil gift bags. We usually stop by for either a gift or a daily Yerba mate. They have good ice cream selection too!!!! Great vibes, family owned type energy. a staple of our community

They have amazing variety of wines but unfortunately whoever is in charge of packing the bottle of wine’s would be a little more careful as to when looking at the vintages of the wine and not just packing whichever year just because they don’t have what the customer requested.First time trying this Merchant in Vivino and I definitely wont be ordering anymore because then back and forth I have to be dealing with the customer service all the time from Vivino just because of that one employee that could’ve asked their manager to contact the customer and ask if it’s okay to send a different year or switch another bottle or just refund the item.

I put in an online order for pickup, and hours late it wasn't even registered. I showed them the confirmation email of the order, and the payment being processed on my banking app. They didn't fucking care. They made me pay again. Total dicks.

Extremely rude staff. The man was very bitter and was not willing to help me find what I needed. I highly suggest both John and Pete hire a man with a little less of an attitude!

Manager is awful. Poor selection of products. The worst customer service. Used to order from them on ubereats and would never get the order right. Started going in but just not worth it given the way you're treated. Find another liquor store

Just love it.I didn't know anything about tequila, by the way, I'm from Turkey. My friend asked for a bottle, and the people working there were amazing. They explained the different kinds of tequilas and asked me what I had in mind for the bottle and how I was going to use it. I ended up getting the perfect bottle. I just woke up from the amazing time I had last night, and I wanted to say thank you.

Worst customer service in the world. The guy with the blonde hair has the worst customer service of any human being I've ever met. Called in and ask if they gift wrap, he says yes. I go in, purchase a bottle and then say he doesn't know how to wrap a bottle. Kicker is when I ask him "so why when I called you, you said you guys do wrapping?"His response? "Don't give me attitude bro"I'll never spend a cent here again

I never leave a review but this place deserves it.The staff is amazing and welcoming, and they have a wide selection of everything I need for a party. They even offer home deliveries. I will definitely come again. 10/10.
