Yesterday I walked in to see if I needed to have the lightning port fixed on my iPhone. The cost I was quoted on the phone was reasonable but Vladimir told me he wanted to see if it didn't just need a clean which would be significantly cheaper. I had already tried cleaning out the port with compressed air before going so was sure the port would need to be replaced. Vladimir insisted on attempting to give it another try. Sure enough, after a few minutes at his bench giving the port a deep cleaning, my phone was back in my hands without having to replace any parts. The charge was more than reasonable and I was absolutely delighted not only with the results but with his service. Trust is everything. He could have easily said "leave it with me for a couple of hours" and pretended to do a lot of unnecessary work for more money. But no. He wanted to do things honestly and for a more than fair price. THANK YOU, VLADIMIR. If I ever need help with a phone fix, I'll be back!

I had my screen broken .it happened accidentally and I was so upset about that , cause you know how impossible exist without cell phone in our life. My coworkers recommended me that place.I rushed into that iPhone repair.guys fixed my screen very fast without any problems. Very clean and decent place .

Yikes. Wish I read the reviews before I came here. I cracked the back glass of my IPhone and didn't want to pay Apple store prices. (It's an old phone) The phone itself was Working perfectly fine, nothing internally was damaged, I just needed the back glass replaced. I knew there might be a risk of a less than perfect repair as it was a local shop and not a Best Buy or Apple store but I didn't think my phone functionality would get WORSE after the repair. When I went to pick it up, he mentioned that he replaced the front glass. I thought he meant the front glass protector (the clear film) so I said thank you. Turns out he replaced the whole front glass (which I never asked for) with a Non Apple part and misaligned it with the selfie camera hole so I can't use the front camera. WHAT?!?!?!?!? When I take selfies, the top half of the camera is covered with black semi-circle. WTF man.. ALSO the volume up button doesn't work anymore (????) and the ring/silent switch (?!?!) I can't screenshot or adjust the volume?!?! Please know they might break your phone and not take responsibility for it. Read the other reviews. Sad lesson learned for me haha.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Two weeks ago I took my phone here to have the screen replaced. I paid $120. After Garry replaced the screen, the keyboard feature didn't work. I planned on taking the phone back to get the problem fixed but before I could do it my phone dropped (it was in a case) and the screen cracked in a bunch of places. I've had an iPhoneX for many years and have dropped it a million times with no damage. After getting my phone fixed at IVPFIX my screen broke during the first drop, only 2 weeks after Garry "fixed" it. I attempted to tell Gary that he's in the wrong for putting such low quality screens on his customers phones but he didn't want to hear what I had to say. I couldn't get a full statement out without him interrupting me. I tried to tell him that a phone shouldn't break that easily but he didn't care and told me it was my fault for dropping it. He didn't understand the concept that everyone drops their phone but that doesn't mean it should break so easily. Other repair places offer a quality guarantee. This business does not. This business' practices are underhanded.

Excellent! Please read. I had an issue with my iPhone 13 (Life360 App was not working properly). I called several places, including Verizon tech support, for troubleshooting but had no luck getting it fixed. A friend of mine recommended Garry at IVPFIX on 7869 Santa Monica (never heard about it). I called Garry (323-650-2387) and was surprised at how knowledgeable he was. I stopped by the place and let him do the magic. Garry adjusted the settings for the app, along with other settings on my phone, and got rid of glitches. He returned my phone with a smile and asked for no service fee. "It's not rocket science," he said when you know what you are doing. I couldn't resist spending some money in his store and bought an AirPods, and man, it was a great deal as well. Go and meet the guy, and get good old-fashion customer service with reasonable prices.

I needed to fix my iPhone 11 Pro Camera lens because of the crack that would ruin photos every time I took a picture. Turns out it wasn't the lens it was the actual camera. The guy here let me know ordered the part and got it fixed within an hour! If I went to an Apple store to fix it they wouldn't charged me $300 - $500 vs the $140 I spent here.

IVP Fix is great. I needed to have a cracked screen repaired/replaced. Walked in and asked about the work that needed to be done. Young lady who assisted me said the could take care of it and said it would be about 30 minutes. Price for the replacement screen is why I expected. Very nice people and they understand customer service. I would use them again!

Please don't waste your money here. They fixed my initial cracked screen and almost immediately the replacement screen cracked. Went back again and my new screen that replaced my replacement screen stopped working. The LCD wouldn't respond to my touch. I showed a friend and they told me my screen was insanely cheap/thin and would probably crack like the past one in a matter of days. Went ahead and went to a new place to replace my screen for a 3rd time and I can immediately tell the difference! It was also $75 less.

TL:DR: THIS IS A SCAM BUSINESS!! Avoid this place at all costs. They charged $120+ to fix a cracked Phone X screen that cracked again less than 24 hours later without me dropping or scratching it at all! They refused to refund me or fix the screen again even though it was clear they used a cheap, aftermarket screen and a rushed, low quality repair job. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually care about customers or you're much better off just buying a new phone. I hardly ever write Yelp reviews but I had to for these scammers.I had been putting off fixing my cracked phone for a while because I didn't want to spend the money. I finally caved and invested in fixing it because I wanted to take nice photos on my iPhone for my upcoming vacation. I chose this place because it looked like it had good reviews but please don't ignore the bad ones like I did because they RIPPED ME OFF! I was charged $120+ to replace my cracked screen and they fixed it in under an hour. I appreciated them at first for being fast but the reason they are so fast is because they do rushed, sloppy work that does not last. The day after I got it fixed I picked up my phone to see another crack running through the bottom half of the screen which astonished me because i didn't drop it or mishandle it at all. The employees even admitted that they give you cheap aftermarket screens that aren't sturdy which explains why my screen cracked after I did NOTHING to it. I called ahead so I didn't have to waste my time going in if they couldn't help me. The lady on the phone to tell me to come so they can help me. I was elated! After I spent my time driving over, they just told me the damage was my fault and there was nothing the could do to help me and then they tried to charge me another $110 to fix the phone again with their horrible hardware. The owner refused to refund or fix my phone again even though the damage was clearly a result of their horrible repair job less than 24 hours ago. All he kept repeating in reference to my phone was that "it was broken." Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and invest in another phone or repair at an Apple store rather than wasting it on their horrible hardware and customer service . They don't care about customers, they just care about money. I just poured $120+ down the DRAIN. But hopefully don't have to if you avoid this place at all costs! In the meantime, I will be pursuing other avenues to try to get my money back from these scammers. Shane on them.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended. Los Angeles is full of over priced, shady phone repair shops, and this isn't one of them. They replaced my iPhone battery and screen for about half of what is usually charged for one of those services, and all is working well...months later. Looking for a fairly priced & honest repair shop? You should be happy with this place.
