The ideal shoe for sports, a wide variety of models and designs, and you can also find the best non-slip shoe or sneaker for work.
Feet feel rewarded by comfort.
Now I can easily endure 8 or more hours at work thanks to HOKA.

Cordial attention from all the employees, especially Miss Jazmín, she is very patient, bilingual, very intelligent to suggest and guide a correct choice. I am totally satisfied and fortunate for her quick help.
The place is very nice, everything is in order, there are plates and photos with interesting data.
The attention is immediate, it has large windows to see the outside of the premises, it looks very clean.

This was the absolutely best store experience ever!! The Melrose location is full of great vibing staff who took time and no pressure since the shoes sell themselves!! Honestly, made buying the shoes so much easier ?! Thanks All at the Melrose Hoka!!!

At Hoka you find super comfortable sports shoes to help you achieve your goals, they are of excellent quality.
At this location, a guy named "Dallas" helped us, it was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was friendly and helpful.

In A Nutshell:
-I came here for some new Hoka's specifically trail shoes.
-I had some high hopes for this store since it was located in Melrose & it's large size.
-I was a little disappointed w/ the selection.
-There didn't seem to be a lot of choices for a store of this size.
-The layout of the shoes wasn't ideal either w/ it being hard to figure out the men's & women's shoes from each other.
-There also didn't seem to be a lot of men's apparel either.
Overall, I did find some nice trail shoes to add to my collection, but I would suggest the management to re-organize their store layout to make it easier to navigate & offer more choices of shoes.

The store was crowded on a Saturday morning; one employee was busy doing paperwork at the register, and never looked up. One gentleman ran around doing his best to accommodate returns, patrons, people needing sizes, help, etc. I’ve never seen anything like it. When he finally had time to help, he discouraged me from the newest model running shoe; they didn’t have any studies on it? He was trying, but I don’t believe he’s a runner- little training in gate, arch support etc. People rave about these shoes, I’ve tried two pairs now, and I don’t get the hype- he also mentioned they only last six months? Hire athletes, and have more than one person working on a Saturday.

I bought my m Bondi 8 pair on recommendation from my podiatrist. I needed orthotics. My plantar fascitis was/is pretty bad so I was just getting back into walking. Maybe an hour a day. In less than 2 months your shoes were falling apart. You accepted my return but it cost me $60 to mail them back to you. I thought I'd get more use out of a $180 pair of shoes. Actually, they were $240 with the return. All of your other shoes are made of similar materials, meaning I can't trust any of them. You only gave me store credit and the only items that seemed ok were your recovery sandals. Just overall a bad experience.
