“Found Bad Ash Cigar on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills by chance as I sat across the street eating Mexican lunch. The lounge, indoor and outside patio, is awesome, clean, well ventilated. The cigar selection is good and be sure to ask why the house unlabeled sticks are higher priced than some of the branded ones. There's a great reason and answer, and I bought a few! The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful without tailing you everywhere, and I've bought a lot of their 'Bad Ash' branded merchandise, as I think it's one of the best names!”
“I've been coming to this place for 5 years. Great customer service. They are always willing to answer questions if you are new to the cigar world. Both owners are the coolest dudes in the cigar industry. They are very accomidating. They host cigar and sports events. Great place to kick . Very clean location. Today, I called when they were closed, and they reopened just for my father in law and I to grab a quick cigar. Now that's what you call putting your customers first.”
“The only place I'll ever go for my vaping needs. They don't have an incredibly wide selection like some shops, but that is only because they carry the best and accept no substitute. The main guy, Reece is polite and quick, and does over the phone orders like a pro. For mods, salt nic, disposables, or any amount of coils I need, vapor nuvola is the best of the best.”
“Always an incredible time at the Lounge. The family is always inviting and the cigars are abundant in quantity and quality. Very fair pricing. We go every week and relax, have a wonderful time and a good smoke. Seen first hand, people that poorly rate the place. “I went here a long time a go in 2006 and came back the other day. I got a water pipe for $30 and it came with a stem and bowl and the lady threw in a free extra bowl. I didnt spent much time just asked for the cheapest water pipes and she showed me some older ones for $20 and $30 in different sizes. Good selection if your on a budget and the service was nice.”

“They treat me good all the time. I'm always running in a spaz way n They have had the patience, respect and to treat with 110% customer service. Awesome!!!Also the Smoke Shop has a lot of products to chose from. You think just going to run in store for one thing , but everything else catches your eyes. Then you realizes $50bucks later. But it's all worth the spending.”
