This place must be under no Managemnt there were so many washers and dryers out of service ,washers were leaking so much water so the soap did not get rinsed off. The other washers did not rinse my clothes completely. I had to re wash my clothes I text the number on the wall and no one has returned my call go there. Every penny counts!! It was so convenient because it is down the street but I’d rather drive further to a better maintained place.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!! THEY DONT ANSWER YOURE CALLS WHEN YOU TELL THEM THE MACHINE TOOK YOUR TEN DOLLARS. THEY RESPOND WHEN THE DRYERS EAT YOUR TOWELS AN MACHINE BREAKS.THEY DONT RESPOND WHEN THE WASHERS BREAK MID WASH! THEY DONT RESPOND WHEN THE MACHINE EATS YOUR MONEY!! BATHROOMS ALWAYS LOCKED ! WITH NO ATTENDED AROUND!! THIS PLACE ISREALLY IS BAD!!!!

Never opened on time. Always 20 to 30 minutes late until today its 45 minutes and counting. There is no sign posted that they are using holiday hours.

DO NOT WASH HERE!! Did not provide hot water ....one washer washed with soapy water even when spinning...one washer only washes for 22 mins

I don’t think I’ve experienced such frustration from coming here! I usually come to this laundromat bc of the convenience of it being so close by to my home. I’ve never had an issue before personally, but today was different. I came in put a $10 in the machine to not receive any change back! So of course I panic because I need to wash/dry my clothes and realize they have two phone # listed for “emergencies”. I’ve called both numbers more times than you can imagine and left multiple text messages. Just to receive no response and not only that my calls are now being redirected straight to voicemail! If I could give no stars I would and to top it all off one of the washers I used didn’t go through a spin cycle at all leaving my clothes soaking wet. For $2 I expected my clothes to wash properly! Never coming here again. What a waste of time and money!

Do not come here. Turn away! There are more options around. This place has no AC , no fans and the vending machine gives you hot sodas. The machines are dirty. No one is here to assist. This is unacceptable for customers. With 90+degree weather they ONLY have one side of the double doors propped open.

I don't know if the laundromat changed owners but between the last three visits, I will longer visit.I used the change machine and it are my 5 dollar bill. Called the service number and got a text response. I informed them of the issue and was left on read.Visited today and the top load machines had no hot water. I also saw a huge roach scurry under one of the machines. :(

I know the gas prices are up but they last three every time I wash and select HOT water there’s no hot water only cold water comes .If you guys DONT fix it I will call the Business Bureau you are trying to save money and it’s not right

I use to like coming to this place because you would get good service for your money. Now, the dryers are 3 minutes for 25 cents when it use to be 12 minutes per 25 cents. Not only that but the washers don't work, they're constantly out of order and the dryers door don't even close.
