Today, my wife and I decided to upgrade our Samsung Smartphone at the Verizon West Covina store. We met with Store Manager, Jody and I asked him if he could move my gallery photos to my SD card.
The problem was my storage capacity on my 8 year old phone had almost reached its storage capacity of 16.0 GB. The phone was at 15.98. Jody suggested that I should probably consider getting a new phone with a lot more storage capacity. It made perfect sense. My wife agreed.
I selected the Samsung Galaxy S24 with 128 GB. Jody said because I was a loyal customer of 17 years and a Senior he could offer us discounts on our new phone. I was impressed with Jody's knowledge. He was able to transfer the information from my old phone to my new phone and then erased everything on my old phone. He explained and showed me step by step the actions he took to complete this process.
Jody also told us that if we had any questions to contact him.

Great customer service my husband went in for something and Brian took care of him waived the fee which was super helpful. If you need anything see Brian he will definitely take care of you.

Yesterday, I purchased a charging cord for my car. I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S24 128GB and I am glad I did. Great Phone! I was hoping that my existing charger would work, but it didn't. Thanks to Danni and Jody I was able to purchase the charging cable that works great. I would like to thank the entire staff who I met that day for being very welcoming. Thank you to April, Brian, Danni and Jody. Great Team.

HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time coming here!! Received a quote from OMAR stating our bill would be $191 which included the Home internet as well as 3 phones, 3 watches and 1 iPad. We confirmed the amount a few times because it was such a good deal. We were told to trade in our old phones within 30 days for credit. We returned our items within 1 week. OMAR told us that the first 2 bills will be extra due to taxes and other stuff. 5 months later the bill was at 290! When we returned we had another gentleman tell us that "I don't understand how Omar got that quote because everything that I am doing, it's still not giving me that quote" he was apologetic l. then told the gentleman that there should be a healthcare discount, which the gentleman stated he did not see. We were then told that he was able to bring the bill to 240. We were very upset but continued to keep the Verizon plan. 3 months after, so in total 8 months with Verizon we saw that the bill went up to 272. We then went in store AGAIN, and spoke with Bre. BRE was not helpful at all and had a very bad attitude. She stated "there's nothing I can do, that's just price of the bill, call customer service for that" when I told her that I did call customer service they said I had to come in store, I then asked her why is it that the previous guy was able to help but you aren't. She just shrugged her shoulders. When I asked for a manger she said "he's on vacation with PTO, I can't call him. you have to come back Monday" when I asked for an assistance manager she said that she was the assistant manager. When I asked if Omar will be around she's said "no he works in Whittier, your going to have to go over there to talk to him " 3 minutes later she's goes to the back and is on her phone calling someone and loudly responded back "Okay, I'll just call security". She then comes back with even more of an attitude and states "yea I can't do anything, if you don't want to pay the bill then that's on you" not even one ounce of helpfulness from her. And in a previous review I saw that they also used the excuse of "the manger being on vacation" so it must just be an excuse they are told to use. This Verizon store is horrible and definitely needs some better management or something. The Verizon service sucks as well, I just get random drop calls and service that gets disconnected. Again please don't waste your time here or with Verizon in general.

We had a New iPhone for the New Year. 1 week in, the software crashed and we were desperate for a working phone. The folks at Victra restored an old phone for us while the new phone was ordered. It was seamless and very much appreciated as my wife works in Los Angeles and needs a good phone on the road.

April and Jordan were very helpful and patient they looked over my plan and found that I can save money and they save me $75 a month on my bill. Don’t see T-Mobile doing that.
