I would give this place a 0 if I was able to came in an hr before closing seen they had a sale on the screen that said last two hrs u can get $40 for the price of $20 so I said ok that seems like a good idea well I went up to the old gentleman and asked how to get it do I use the kiosk or do I do it with him and he shook his head no and I said no and he said it’s an hr before closing I politely said it’s ok an hr is ok and he shook his head no to me again and I said oh u can’t do it and he said very rudely u have an hr left if any money gets left in there u will loose it and I said oh that’s ok in my mind thinking I was already planning on giving my 3 kids a 20 each to play if they don’t use it all that’s ok because it was still the same I was prepared to spend on each but he continues to shake his head while mumbling god knows what under his breath can’t really hear him because he’s wearing a mask and he says again about how there’s one hour left and I said as politely u know what that’s ok we will just leave I found it very rude as a place of business who has to deal with customers mind u there was other ppl there it’s not like it was empty and he didn’t want to have to wait or work because it was almost closing time , I wish I would of read the reviews before attempting to come in because now it makes sense that our experience was what it was due to the rudeness that seems to be a common thing at this place and I keep seeing that they will address the staff which I guess they either don’t or aren’t doing a very good job if it’s still an issue till this day , ruined our family outing very disappointed in the costumer service here

Avoid the claw machine directly out front with the giant Grogu stuffies. It's broken and only moves right, can't go left, forward, or backward. Got a refund from the clerk.

I love arcades in general but this one, is pretty expensive to play. I tried playing $5 to get a taste of the claw machines. All of them were rigged. Not to mention that the point system is weird. $5 = 20 points when games are 5.10 credits and up; can only get you 3 games. The big choice which is supposed to be a skill game is rigged.The claw machines vans are rigged as well. I suggest making small claw machines $1 (4 credits) a play if it’s going to be that rigged.

Some broken machines even when they still accept credits. Staff is scammy. Just an old arcade.

The mall closes at 10pm , I was here 25 minutes before closing, their was other customers inside but the older man in the front told us we can't come In , i rate this place 0 Stars very Rude and unprofessional, in the past I have came here and the arcade is always really dirty and alot of games are always broken

The vw claw machines don't grab even a bit unless its time to pay out. the other claw machines where you push 1 button to go forward and another to go right do grab but most of the prizes are stacked pretty tight. It comes out to about a dollar a play for the normal sized claw machines. Don't expect to win much lol.

The machine kept eating my credits without letting me play. Each time I swiped, i assumed the card wasn't read, but I swipe again and the credits are missing double the points..

What a waste of $20 bucks. If the machines aren't broken they're either overpriced or overly rigged. At least have the decency to put a label on your broken machines instead of letting us waste our money. Worst arcade I've ever been to.

Ok experience. A lot of games were out of order. Beware of trying to win a game with gift cards or high ticket items as prizes, they make you jump through hoops and wait 8-10 weeks after mailing in voucher with several disclaimers saying they could not award prize for any reason.

This place is a scam! The claw machines don't work they don't grab anything. The games aren't that bad but still not a guarantee that you will be able to play. Very over priced and not worth it! I would recommend going to a Dave and busters or round one!

If i can give it half a star i would. The claws dont even work theyre all rigged . The staff there is awful for all the money we spent they wouldnt give my niece a lolipop because she was 10 points off. Who does that. Worst kid friendly expensive arcade i have ever been to. Dont spend your money or time here. Hope it closes down soon
