My first time being here and right away I saw the cleanest of the facility everything look semi-new. Looks like they keep the place very tidy. I was thrilled to see that they have restrooms for the customers. There's snacks / Beverages vending machines as well as the necessities we need to wash our cloths. The laundromat I go to is always busy and I have to wait My turn for available machines especially on a Sunday. Here, there were only 3 customers and as I was leaving another customer came in. The only problem I had and that's why I gave it four stars, The restrooms were locked and the machine I chose did not work. I didn't notice until I went to go check up on my clothes the water and soap have been released but it wasn't washing. Waste of time and money. Um, I need a refund or type of credit... Please! Hi

Be careful with this laundromats I tried to use the change machine I inserted $10 and it took it I called the phone number that's posted in the laundromat I left a message regarding the change machine someone text me back informing me that they'll review the video few days pass by someone called me asked for my address to send me the $10 but it's been 2 months now no one has send me my $10 return my calls or texts or anything so be careful using this laundromat location

The owners don't care about their business. The washers and floors are always dirty. The washers smell. There is mold growing on the soap dispensers on the large machines. When I put in a complaint about losing my money the owners never return my calls. The attendant sprays air freshener in the washers to cover up the smell instead of cleaning the washers. The attendant is always late opening the doors in the morning and there is never anyone there. Who cares about free Wi-Fi. This place is disgusting. Never coming here again!
