11/16/23 Needed to return & perhaps find better curtains at this location. Returns was an easy breezy transaction & the lady, Marie was friendly & helpful.I also wanted to see if they have kitchen curtains, quite limited. The regular curtains for living room windows are basic. Walmart carries blackout types but needed the lightweight kind of curtains for privacy. Maybe this is not the place to get the curtains I prefer. Got the 3M Command brand for hooks, needed it to hang towels or my apron.There's plenty parking because this Walmart is located on the Eastland shopping Center along side Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Sprouts & 5 Below, plus other shops. Convenient & could get pretty packed especially on the weekends. This store feels a bit crowded in terms of the organization of the aisles & shelving compared to the Walmarts in Cerritos & Lakewood/Ling Beach. Maybe I'm just not used to it. At least I didn't encounter any negative experience here, that's a treat lol.

The worst Walmart!!! Duck this Walmart and the manager... they have this so called bell box to press when needing assistance and they don't work. They have one register open on a Sunday evening. It's worse than a dollar tree. It they had an room for zero stars, that's what I would give it!!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. First no lanes open just self checkout. And the when they open a lane they took the people in the back of the line instead of people at front. The employee at self checkouts had attitude and when I asked her to not talk to me she wouldn't shut up! Called manager and told her attitude from the get go, straight lied like I was gonna get in trouble. I should get a discount and a paycheck for having to scan my own items!!!!!

This is the laziest Walmart. Store closes at 11 but customer service closes at 8 pm? Mon-Fri? At least until 9 where normal businesss cinducted customary hour. Why even bother having customer service when you cant even help customer? The layout of this Walmart is so frustrating. Small alley, crowded items, event ho its two floors. Baldwin Park or City of Industry location are far more superior

I have been a long time WM customer, and during Covid started grocery delivery. I was always extremely happy with my produce, dairy, and household products. The prices are unbeatable, hence made me a shopper after Covid. Normally I would never buy my meat from WM, but Stater Bros or Sprouts. Today I was in the store and opted not to make a 2nd trip to Stater Bros, so I purchased skirt steak. $40 to be exact. Toughest, worst quality of meat! So WM may lose my business because gas is expensive, and making 2 trips, one for my meat elsewhere, isn't worth my time. That's unfortunate with their buying power that they can't get the meat dept right.

Karen pharmacy technician was so friendly over the phone. Informed me that doctors office already called in my refill request estimated time between 1-1 1/2 hour to have my husband & I Rx to be done ready to pick up. Arrived over an hour & half. Not yet done due to gotten busy with a lot of customers. Very understandable due to get busy at this location. Cause just two of them working from Karen Pharmacy Technician & Tran the Pharmacist @ this time. So Karen estimate another 30 minute to complete all medication. Some staffs @ lunch still. While waiting patiently for all the Rx of my husband & I. Observed they keep there dept clean , organized & have sanitizer bottles still available for customers, "LOVE " that they care for there customers in preventive measures health & safety . And now one staff coming back from lunch. While waiting my sister called me if I can pick up my nephew her son & her medication too! She said talked to Karen and authorize her to give to me. End up Kat took over from Karen just came back, don't know what I'm talking about reason just gotten back from lunch. Hope Karen put a note about what my sister said. Finally medication completed about 2 1/2 hours after waiting. Linh Pharmacist assisted me for all the medication I'm picking up. Explain that to early for my nephew medication to be picked up. And hopefully next month will be automatically processed better on there new computer system. Walmart pharmacy will just be sending refill request to our physician automatically instead of us calling our physician to call Walmart pharmacy. I can't wait for that, cause hard to go though calling my doctor office to refill my medication month to month. Now I see total 4 staffs in , a lot faster. Only recommendation if ur not planning to be tempted to shop call first to make sure it's ready. What I mean when someone give an estimate guess when ready, call back from that time to really make sure it's done & ready to pick up. Unless you have an hour to wait again after being told in person. Hopefully better system in the future. Still given 4 stars cause all the staffs was friendly & professional. And area clean and organized. Hoping for the best next month. By then maybe a Perfect 5 Stars due to a Better System!)

In general, I do not like shopping at Walmart's. The customer service here is horrible. The employees have no idea what they're doing. They have no idea how to direct people around the store. They spend more time on their phones and chitchatting then caring about customer service, even when you ask them a direct question. They act like they don't hear you, and why would that be, because they're talking to each other.I looked around until I finally found one young lady who was willing to help. She was sweet, kind and took her time to answer all of my questions. Thank you to this young lady Samantha, in the ladies clothing and shoe department. You can definitely tell she cares about her job and customers. If I was rating her alone, I would give the service she gave five stars.

Curbside pickup at this location isn't as quick as other locations but the guys who bring out the orders are so friendly and have a great attitude.I waited about 10 minutes from app check in time for my order to come out. A convenient way to shop. They do everything for you and load it in your car. Easy-peasy!

We made a quick stop for some filters that said it was in-stock and some cleaning supplies. However, it was out of stock when we got here to look for it. The same thing happened last week when I tried looking for baby formula, but I know there's a shortage on that right now. I do wish it was a bit more organized, and I find myself having to order it online.I was surprised that this location carried a lot of things like vinyl flooring that I haven't seen at other walmarts before. Overall, I still love walmart, since prices are usually pretty cheap. However, I do get annoyed often since a lot of things are often locked up and you always have to wait a long time for someone to unlock it for you.
