Get comfy this is going to be a very long review. I've came here quite a few times and every time I come the prices changes. Today, I picked up some items and I decided to confront the owner about his price changing and he flipped out. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in a business owner. Regardless if he was upset or not by me confronting him, it still doesn't make it OK for him to be yelling and screaming at me at the top of his lungs. At this point me and him are going back-and-forth and I told him all I wanted to do is pay and leave. He keeps trying to go back-and-forth with me even offering a discount. I declined his discount and said that I would never return back. He then tells me why am I trying to ruin his business? The only person that would ruin his business is himself. I've picked up quite a few items here and even though I questioned the price I never confronted him about it prior I just dealt with it hoping that he would have integrity and not overcharge me. He even tried to defend himself by showing me his computer and my past transactions I clearly saw that one of the alterations were $10 and the alteration that I picked up today was $13. I do even remember picking up another alteration that was 7$ for a dress. Lastly, what I will say is offering a discount is not going to make the situation better they completed the service and I paid. I didn't feel the need to receive a discount I respect integrity and honesty at the end of the day never really cared about the price it's all about the principles. Also, the women who work there never had an issue and they have great service. This review is for the owner. Take care!

I needed a suit dry cleaned for a wedding and waited until last minute. I went to 2 different dry cleaners and they all said they couldn't do it. Luckily I stopped by at Express Cleaners. The owner Josh said he would get my suit cleaned and pressed same day. Within 3 hours my suit was ready for pick up and was in excellent condition. Thank you Josh, I will definitely be back.

I had a trip to Mexico and needed some dress shirts dry cleaned. Like most people I did things last minute. This place saved my life and was able to get me my shirts dry cleaned QUICK and the owner Josh was very accommodating. He even opened up earlier than they usually do so I can pick up my shirts and arrive at LAX for my plane. Definitely coming back.

I had a very important event on Dec 4. Took my clothes to get wash and pants to get altered. The owner made me pre pay so it would be on time. Come The day of the event. He closed earlier than said he would. When I called all he kept saying was I forgot and sorry. But when I told him I'm supposed to go out of town he just said. Sorry I'm in palm springs. I can give you store credit. But again I told him this isn't for everyday wear. It's for an out of town work related event. So thanks to him I missed the event. Which was pre paid as well. The cost of clothing for that night and when I asked to please do something other than sorry he just stop replying. It's Tuesday and I still have no call or new text from him. Very unprofessional.

Came to dry clean some of my clothes. 2 dresses, a jacket & a blouse. The total was over $50... SO EXPENSIVE. The jacket was $22 and it wasn't even a suit jacket or anything special. Probably wont come back ever again.

Needed several blouses and suits dry cleaned. I went in and received the best customer service. The owner was present and was so attentive, helpful, and professional. The clothes were ready on time and better than I expected! Will be returning soon!

Express Cleaners saved my wedding day. It was five hours until I was intended to walk down the aisle. I, a generally low maintenance bride, decided to put my wedding top on by myself, rather than bother my bridesmaids. Basically, I smeared foundation and lipstick all down my front. It was not what you'd call, 'subtle.' Thankfully, one of my bridesmaids kept her cool and called Express Cleaners. The professionals at Express Cleaners steamed, washed, and pressed my top in no more than an hour. It came out looking better than it had before the stain, and I got it back in time to stay on schedule with my photographer and hairdresser. I hesitate to think what would have happened if Express Cleaners hadn't been in the picture. Truly, they saved my wedding.

Do not take your clothes here. This place did not clean my clothes at all and simply put a plastic over it. They're scam artists and should be out of business
