CVS Please tell your Nogales pharmacy team Smile a little Patients a little Rude a little less Attitude a little less

Don't appreciate it the gentleman that works here in the evening the night of my visit. It's really rude and disrespectful when you direct a message solely to my wife as we leave the store. You can't just direct a message to one person if they are not alone. The staff here needs to be better trained on their customer service, and learn how to talk to their customers as a whole and not just one person. Maybe, he should spend more time wiping down surfaces and keeping the place clean instead of roaming the store and playing security guard.

If I could give this location is zero star Review I would. This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy of people I have ever been to. I am currently undergoing IVF And every time I go to refill a prescription that my doctor calls in Welland advance it's always issues. From them having the wrong needles to them not giving me any needles to them just messing up the amount of the medication and the list goes on. Question what type of pharmacy they operate here if they can't even follow standard procedures as to refilling medication it's quite alarming to say the least. The staff here is also incredibly rude. They are really unhelpful and all of them seem to hate their jobs. Every time I call for questions about my prescriptions nobody ever knows the right answers it is so disheartening and so frustrating to have to deal with these people. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody. They treat their clientele and patients like cattle call. I will definitely not be returning here. I don't even know how these people stay in business. Horrible service!

I drove through the drive thru pharmacy and asked for a refill with one pharmacy employee. I told him, I'll go in and shop while it's filled. He said, it'll take about 15 minutes. Without exaggeration, I shopped for 30 minutes. I went to the pick up and Rachel who has really bad customer service skills because I dealt with her about a month ago tells me, It's not ready yet. In about 15 minutes. I then tell her, "Through the drive thru they already told me 15 and I've shopped for 30." She responded the same as she did a month ago in a similar situation, with a dull monotone as if it's my problem not hers. Telling me, well we're backed up so it'll be about 15 minutes. Total unprofessionalism! The appropriate professional response should have been at least an apology beforehand. The only thing that kept me from switching my prescriptions to Vons down the street was that Tim who apparently overheard the conversation, immediately called my name with a concerned voice and said, "I'll expedite your prescription now." Total professionalism probably realizing how long I'd been there and possibly because Rachel's unsympathetic attitude. I honestly feel Rachel may have not filled my prescription beforehand and had that attitude out of spite for me telling her something a month ago. She needs to realize when a fellow employee says 15 minutes but it takes 45, it falls on all employees. And not have the attitude of, "Well, I don't give a s**** He's the one who told you 15 minutes, not me." I'll now be sending this info to CVS corporate.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THIS PHARMACY AND THEIR ATTITUDE! Worst experience every time i come here. My daughter gets her first dose antibiotics at an ER, come here to get her medications filled, and one of the most important is for her to get her antibiotic regimen going and continued. SHE'S 4 YEARS OLD. Picked up all her meds except the antibiotic which they told me would be ready the next day. I come the next day already a day late, and they still don't have it! Then they send over her prescription to the next closest, and they did something to it that CVS on hacienda can't process! UNBELIEVABLE! Now causing another pharmacy to clean up their mess because now Nogales location is closed!? DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!

It's a tough time right now, and pharmacies are definitely being pounded. Cliff notes version: will visit in the future. Long(er) review: I've had to rely on this particular CVS for over 10+ years for either my medication or my mother's. Pre-COVID, dropping off a prescription did take some waiting depending on how many other people are ahead of you. With more modern day conveniences compared to what was available 20 years ago, it's much more easier to get prescriptions ordered, transferred, or referred. Picking up prescriptions pre-COVID was pretty straightforward. Go in the line for pickup, verify what you're getting, sign for it, pay for it, and leave. Post-COVID, dropping off and picking up prescriptions are basically the same, but with social distancing in effect, masks (fully covering mouth and nose) required, and plastic coverings separating the pharmacists from the customers. They are strict about masks, so please make sure to wear them. In my unpopular opinion, when considering the number of sick people that come by, it is completely in their right to request customers to abide by the safety requirements. Pre-COVID and post-COVID, I've never had any issues with the pharmacists. They've always had long hours, long shifts, and they have to deal with the bureaucracy of health insurances, reading doctor scribbles, and a general amount of customers that may not be able to pay for medication. Some that I have dealt with look exhausted or "done" with the day, but they remain professional and assist as needed. Regarding prices for the prescriptions, I will say that CVS will not be the cheapest. I've had to check GoodRX for all pharmacy prices, and there are occasions where going to a different pharmacy will save you a good amount. Outside of the pharmacy services, this CVS does have basic essentials in case you just need whatever. Vitamins, drinks, snacks, milk, toiletries, cosmetics, first aid, gifts, etc. Some things may not be exactly what you're looking for, but this isn't Amazon. Consequently, there may be some items that are cheaper elsewhere but, again, they have the general necessities.

I went to pick up a prescription early which was called in the day before. Their website says they open at 7:00 and I get there about 7:40 I drive thru and wait. Luckily some inside tells me that they won't open the drive thru till later and to come in. I go to the counter and they have no record of my prescription. Told me it will be a few minutes while they fill it. Next the pharmacist asks if I have tested for COVID. I said yes and that's why I am here to fill the prescription. She asked me to leave. I said I tried to get the prescription thru the drive thru but but because of their inaccurate website as well as their poor information which is not written anywhere that was not obvious I had to leave and try their drive through. She told me that drive thru opens at 8:30 due to low staff help. Another failure to inform the public. The pharmacy made me feel like I was an ignorant carrier and spreader of COVID when in fact I am a health professional and am very aware to proper COVID Protocol: when they are clear concise and out posted for the public , and not arbitrarily applied as the pharmacist sees fit. This is not the first run in I have had with this pharmacy. I know it won't make any difference because I notice some of the staff stay but the pharmacists come and go so that there won't be much change.

They convinced me to get the carepass and made it sound like it is easy to cancel it anytime but it is a scam. I e mailed them twice but got no reply. Don't ever get the carepass you will not be able to cancel it. Im olanning to report this matter to FTC

This pharmacy has The worst customer service ever!!!They answer and try to place call on hold but instead hang up. Call back and they don’t let you say anything before you’re placed back on hold. Also they severely lack patient communication!!! My Dad has had issues getting medication on several occasions. If medication is out of stock you would expect an update but no, they don’t call, text or send you smoke signals. If they are waiting for Md approval they literally call MD once and never update family either.Horrible service!!!!!

My elderly parents need lots of medications, so I visit this location a lot. The staff have been awesome. One pharmacist in particular, Kathy, has delivered outstanding customer service. My dad started a new medication, which was temporarily out of stock at this location, so Kathy called to find the medication at another CVS location--thank you for your extra efforts on my dad's behalf!

This review is for bad customer service in the pharmacy department. At first, I was standing in line to drop off my prescription and the lady (with long hair around 50 years old) was helping me. She was very NOT friendly. She was treated the customer like she was working in the Government agency. Talking so rude, made people not welcome! Next, probably the in house pharmacist (Asian lady with glasses) I was waiting for her like 5 mins and I saw her just chatting with her coworkers about personal stuffs. Hello! People time is very precious. As she came, she told me the instructions very quick. And I need to ask if that needs to taken with food or not and she said yes. Is she supposed to advice the patient too? She sound like she was in a rush, and not even bother to ask the patients if they have any questions. Not recommend the pharmacy to anyone. Bad service. They are making the customers not welcome.
