The lines are ridiculous for pharmacy just to pick up a prescription. Again on this visit they only have a be clerk helping inside the store and the drive thru. Obviously they don't care about their patrons. The clerks are always doing all they can but the long wait times and frustration of customers and staff is terrible. Then I get there and I already paid on the app and they try and charge me again!

Even as patience and polite as one can be with the pharmacy staff they still remain aloof, inefficient and disorganized. Discussing in front of clients that they would work effectively if a certain staff member were there and blaming other staff members for their slowness or poor quality service. All the pharmacist lack communication, manners, and professionalism. I waited 40mins then was told to wait another 25mins to have it verified by the pharmacist, did she forget to do it? They themselves weren’t aware it had to be done, don’t know what’s going their own protocols. I observed another lady in pain crying waiting as well. I decided to walk out and have my medication transferred. Its quite saddening and disappointing.

This place has some of the rudest workers I've seen at any pharmacy. Workers started closing 25 minutes before they were scheduled to and gave major attitude for trying to pick up antibiotics.

The pharmacy drive thru wait has now been 40 minutes. There is a huge line in back of me. This is too long to wait in our cars. Seems like it is taking up to 15 minutes per car to pick up medication. No wonder people pulled out and walked in instead.

generally had a good experience at store. but the driving through service is so slow! there were 4 cars before me, took me half an hour to eventually pick up the medicine.

Was not able to make an appointment online For a Covid test. Went in the store and they told me my only option was to make the appointment online. They had a drive through test and only 3 cars were in line so it is not as if they were booked. Poor access for people who do not have internet or computers. I would expect t a large corporation to have multiple options for people to make appointments. CVS just lost a customer for life.

The lady Lisa is extremely rude and racial profiles... when it came to checking out she just asks what's your number or do you have one? Slams receipt down and stares at you leave the store, this isn't the first time she's acted like this with me...management needs to have her removed or work in the back and not near customers

The cashiers are awesome. They always let me know if I will get full credit for my extra care bucks or I would lose off on the dollar amount. They are very patient as I go through my transactions. I’m always greeted when I walk in the door with welcome to CVS. In addition they always thanked me for my business.

I'm a regular. So far, I had good experiences until this morning.Apparently, I am disqualified from getting COVID testing because I don't own a car. I live very close, so I decided to get tested from here. But, CVS's policy prevents me from getting tested because I don't have/own a car.If I can maintain same distance as someone from car, and I follow all the protocols as they mentioned in their instructions, I don't know how I pose significantly higher threat by not sitting inside a car.They should've made this policy very clear on the list of requirements and instructions.

Employee Lisa & Manager ( older Lady) VERY RUDE!!. I asked Lisa excuse me where the product was and said ugh look over there not even guiding me where it was or anything. She rolled her eyes. When it came to check out I helped her put the items in the bag, she tossed the bag at me and said you do it and you could leave ! What is her problem! No need to tossed things at me or be rude if I asked one thing nicely and trying to help you bag !

If I could give Zero, I would. The lady by the name of Lisa is super rude, asked her politely excuse me , she rolled her eyes, and she said if the item is there if it's not we don't have it. OMG!!!! What that suppose to mean. . She didn't even bother looking to see if I missed it. The manager is not better either (a mature lady) . I have been in many CVS and they are very polite and friendly, but I will never go back to this CVS .
