Worst pharmacy to have your necessary medication filled. Management and clerks will not help you if they need to check with your doctors office. They are inconsiderate to your needs. Walmart Baldwin park has a pharmacy and they are helpful and do not give you a difficult time to receive and fill your prescription. Also per my experience... CVS will sometimes laugh at the fact that they control your medication. I've seen and experienced this kind of behavior. Shame on you! And the managers will do the same. So I do not recommend this CVS.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE! I paid cash for a target gift card I even checked the back not scratched didn't get the first one got one in the middle The person I gifted it calls me to tell me there is no money in the card how embarrassing for me and himself when he tried using it So either the worker scammed me and never put the cash in the card like she said she did or there system got hacked This has never happened to me and I buy a lot of gift cards so I think it was something shady that was done from this cvs

I've yet to have e a negative experience at this store. Pharmacy employees are always patient and kind.I was able to buy ALLLLLL The gift cards for Christmas in ONE VISIT! They have A PLETHORA of cards to choose from!

Now I know why they have 2 stars. Doctor called in a prescription and was told by the pharmacist that it would be ready in an hour. I come by 2 hours later (assuming they are busy because of the time of the year) and they are barely submitting my order when I show up. Vivianna (the clerk helping me) doesn't seem to pleased when I ask why it was barely be submitted. Keep in mind when I arrive there was no line or anyone waiting. This creates such by service during a difficult time. Everyone always says to consider the workers but yet they can have a I don't care attitude and that ok. I don't think so.

Cindy Luong should Not be giving patients to children or be dealing with patients. We brought my daughter 5 yr old daughter to get her flu shot and clearly she is going to yell and scream. Cindy got super nervous and covered her ears saying she couldn't do it if she didn't stop crying. She was clearly Not equipped or trained to handle patients. I understand if she gets nervous but she should simply could say let me get someone better suites and Not tell me do you want me just to cancel it. NEVER come here. Filing a former complaint against her, as she being in the medical field should know better.

I just moved in the area about a year an half ago. I found this CVS last year. I been going back since then. Most of the staffs are very helpful except one, his name is Luke (kinda young). He was nice at beginning but I hope this come up to management whoever train the staff make sure they train with better accurate info. The story was I have two insurance. Usually one insurance covered medication and labs test, second one my specialist. When I came in i told him make sure insurance that covered med and I showed him. When the medicine came out, the cost way more than what paid from the last time. I do understand if it different med I have to pay higher or diff generic brand they don't cover. I asked him is it the insurance I showed him he said Yes! The first mistaken answer he gave me. I trusted him than I left. I went in the car the receipt stated the other insurance that he put in instead. The point is I rather he go check at that time so I don't waste my time, second he said my first insurance not working. He give me the assume answers without confirm his answer with someone who know the answer. I am grateful for this place but again "do not give wrong answer because you are lazy to go confirm". People can read Luke!!! Not everyone can't read. It very unprofessional and waste people time. Kindly train the cashier staff at the pharmacy. Need a lot of improvement on that.

Well congratulations CVS here is another bad review of the pharmacy and the manager David. I put a refill prescription in, waited an hour and a half only to be told it would be another hour. No one in the store, My husband needed a simple refill, ibuprophen, and the pharmacy dragged their feet. I spoke with the manager, he put me on an extended hold so I went in to see what was going on, he was laughing and joking with the pharmacy definatly not concerned at all about my issue, told me he could do nothing that I had to wait another hour. I got angry, so I left. Took my husband home, fifteen minutes later i get a call my prescription is ready. I will never use this CVS again and I am going to tell every person I know that this store is the worse of the worse. David shame on you, you are a horrible manager and I am going to make it a point that everyone knows this store, especially the pharmacy is lame. Keep up the good work!!!

This CVS manager (Rosa) needs to upgrade her logical thinking skill! I asked her for 3 free N95 masks and she refused to give them to me. The reason? She said I already got 3 masks from them. I said I have never had received masks from them. She pointed to the mask I was wearing and said it is the same type of masks from CVS. I said I bought this mask from Home Depot. She still did not believe me and said "only" CVS has this type of masks! Here is the type of mask I got from Home Depot "9205 N95 Aura Particulate Disposable Respirator Foldable"

I was trying to use the coupon for toothpaste. The machine doesn't allow my coupon so I have to call help for twice. The staff's look like I own her a hundred dollars. No smile no nice. Make me feel I am troubling her. The staff at drop off desk, she is not patient to my questions. I hate the feeling that purchase in this store.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst. I've been to several other CVS pharmacies, but legitimately this is the worst one. They will BOMBARD you with automated phone calls. I had to ask them 2x to stop calling me and send me texts. They say they can not do that. Other CVS pharmacies can do it, but this one can't. I called in a refill on my prescription on a Sunday at 1pm. The automated system told me to come after 4 pm. I came at 4:15pm and they tell me that they didn't fill it. They told me to hang around the store so they can refill it. After 15 min, I got called on the intercom; then they tell me that they don't have my medication in stock! Why did I wait 3 hours, come into the store, and waited for my prescription to get nothing? This time, when it's truly relevant, why didn't they call me? They told me to come back Tuesday. I told them I have no more medicine. I need that prescription today. They called another pharmacy and transferred my prescription. Now I have to rush to another pharmacy (since they close at 6pm on Sunday) and wait again for them to fill it. When I complained that they legitimately wasted my time, they told me that they are not "responsible for the automated system." They pretend that the automated system is not their responsibility. They don't take any accountability because "it's the automated system that messed up". How is the automated system not part of their business? If it does not work, it is their responsibility to fix it and account for it's discrepancies. I asked them, if the automated system does not work, why even have it? He said "I don't know." Moron. This CVS pharmacy is GARBAGE. Go to any other CVS pharmacy. They are not all wonderful, but at least they aren't completely INCOMPETENT like this one.

So like many of you I had stop coming to this cvs location because of customer service, however not long ago I had to come to this location for some specific reason I'm glad I did customer service has improved so much and store always has product in stock I'm very happy with the service I have received now a few times by Gabby& also other staff members they are really attentive and it always makes my cvs trips a lot more enjoyable!

Had at 2pm appointment for the vaccine and Alan (Andrade?) from the pharmacy told us to check in at aisle 14 and he would be with us in a minute. We waiting by the front of the aisle for 10 minutes. It did not seem like he had a free second so we asked again if we should continue waiting for him or someone else could help us. He said to just wait until he had a minute. Waited another 5-10 minutes until another pharmacist noticed we were waiting for awhile and helped us check in immediately. I understand Alan was busy but he kept helping other individuals before us when we arrived on time to our appointment. Very rude he should have had someone else help us sooner rather than keep us waiting. It is now 2:30 and we are still waiting for someone to administer the vaccine.
