Pulled in to get gas, wanted to use the restroom, we were on a road trip. Sign on RR door, "restroom out of service.". So, so inconvenient .my question would be, how do you, as a working employee, go to the bathroom? It's not the first time this has happened at a Valero. Ridiculous!

Came here because grandma wanted to get scratchers. She had won a $10 ticket and she bought in total of $30. I thought my grandma gave the man $30 which I was confused if she had won $10 she should have given the man $20. He acted rude and started ignoring me and after I realized that my grandma had only given him $20 I apologized and tried to explain to him it was my mistake he still decided to be really rude and ignored me while I was talking to him. I never came at him rude I just simply asked a question and he acted disrespectful. I still tried apologizing and he still once again ignored me.Won’t be going back. It was a mistake by me and even after I apologized he didn’t handle the situation right. Bad customer service

Folks are always nice, station is well kept and sanitation is obviously a priority because the staff folks are always cleaning, clearing or moving around. Friendly and reasonably priced!
