SPECTRUM WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH! DONT USE THEM! Spectrum canceled my internet in the middle of the month. I am paying until December 2. WHY DID YOU CANCEL MY SERVICE ON Nov 11? I'm paying for 22 days that I will NOT be able to use wifi! Spectrum needs to get their customer service together. No one has been able to resume the service. Every-time I call they want us to start a brand new account. It's Spectrums fault they canceled our service on us without warning. We did NOT violate any terms or conditions. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM INTERNET IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!

Spectrum is useless. The internet went out. They have people working in the neighborhood but the people at customer service had no idea that any internet service was out or that they had even people working in the neighborhood. Then they said it would be three days before someone would come to fix it. Im sure they will still charge me for the entire month though.

Tried speaking to someone about being charged for a CLOSED account that at the time when the account was closed I was told I owed NOTHING and they released my phone number. This guy named RICK was so rude and was not helpful. He would not explain fully why the charge was occurring and just kept saying "that's how our company works". I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was told we could only wait exactly 2 minutes for a supervisor because "that's their policy" and then was told I had to wait 24 hours for a call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Recently disconnected services and was told by Spectrum customer service I could drop off hardware at store, drive 45 minutes to store and was told I could only return the internet hardware at a UPS center. Very misleading information no help at all.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! (At the new Spectrum store 3 weeks ago)When shopping for a new iPhone the salesperson told me to go to Best Buy so I could hold the phone. Spectrum’s phones are completely locked down. So for a $1,000 phone I’m supposed to drive 15 miles each way in order to hold a phone. She then walked away. I was the only customer in the store at that time.

Started phone service for two phones, included one new phone and one transferred .Very smooth process and great help with the new iphone, It was fully transferred when we left the store.Even better it is 1/2 the price of our previous carrier.Nice new location and helpful staff
