I got rear ended and went to Autotech based on the positive yelp reviews. I have to say that they went above and beyond with my car. It looks brand new! They fixed a dent that wasn't covered by my insurance because it wasn't caused by the accident and didn't charge me. I was so,so happy when I saw my car after they were done. They even cleaned it for me. Perfect work and such great communication from the owner. Highly, highly recommended!

I've had my car repaired by Autotech Auto Body and several friends I've recommended to them have had their vehicles repaired there as well. All of us have found Autotech to give fair estimates which squared well with the eventual cost, to communicate well along the way, to do excellent work, and to be warmly friendly and a pleasure to relate with throughout. Elena, who owns/manages Autotech, always does her best to make the cost as low as possible, and simply is a delightful person. We wound up talking about our relationships, grandchildren, and such -- feeling like friends, not just in a business relationship. My highest recommendation.

I took my car in here after my girlfriend brought her car in after an accident. Right off the bat Elena, was attentive to helping her and even giving her information for a next time an inconvenience occurs. Sure enough an inconvenience happened to me haha I brought my car in because of the excellent work she did on my ladies car, she also got all original parts. She pretty much handled the interactions between her and the insurance, I basically talked to them once. After everything was cleared I picked up my car and drove off happily! I haughty recommend this place, the owner is sweet and actually cares about the costumer and their vehicles. Thanks again Elena!

I was looking around desperately for a quick and reliable body shop to take my new 2022 vehicle. My car had damage done to the front left fender and left front rim. I got in contact with Elena and I was able to drop my car off that day to begin the repairs. Right off the bat Elena was so informative and disclosed all information that could benefit me for the future. I am truly grateful for all her help, support, and generosity. At the end of the day she was also able to repair additional damage on one of my doors from a parked car who had swung their door open and hit mine. When I finally got my car back it looked just like new. I'm so happy with the results and couldn't have asked for a better experience with a body shop as well as their service/team.

Please come here, I called every body shop in Watsonville, & they wouldn't give me the time of day to even come in to get an estimate. I called autotech auto body & Elena answered the phone and told me to bring it right in 10 minutes later she's talking to the insurance adjusters making sure I'm in a rental and the next day my car is getting serviced! Please come here & ask for Elena she's amazing!!!

I had a broken bumber on my car, which due to the fact that I am not driving much I had duct-taped back together, lol! I finally got around to getting it fixed. Elena first of all gave me a great quote the very first time I called. She asked enough questions that I didn't have to bring the car in for her to tell me how much it would cost- plus she had me take pictures and send them to her. Then- she figured out a great way to save me time. She had me take a picture of the plate on the car that has the paint code on it. She ordered the new bumper and had it painted before I even brought my car in. Finally this morning I took the car in around 9:30- and it was ready before 11:30! Then- 3 extra added bonuses: 1. They fixed several other minor places where I didn't even know I had damage 2. They cleaned my car inside and out so well that I actually walked past it without recognizing it! (I hadn't washed my car since the pandemic began) 3. Elena gave me a great suggestion on how I can clean the seats where my doggie likes to sit, which are pretty badly stained. (hint- spray rubbing alcohol on it and shop-vac it up) I highly recommend AutoTech and will definitely go there for all my auto body needs and will tell all my friends.
