I really wish there was an alternative to this dry cleaners. The service is poor and inconsistent. They need to open earlier than 9am and you almost have to beg for next day service....like they are doing you a huge favor. Younger staff is cordial, but the owner, who is older, is grouchy at times with customers.

To be honest, I almost had a bad experience until Karla came to help me out. When I dropped my martial art uniform off, the second time around, I explained to the owner (I believe he was the owner.. Asian older man) that the uniform pants suppose to have creases but told him last time when I dropped it off, the crease was on the side instead in the front. Told him it’s not suppose to have crease on the side. And he said under his breath, “These uniforms don’t need creases.” And told me that then he’ll put an indication as no crease at all. So I said fine. When I came for my uniform, it was creased again on the side. Karla explained as nicely as possible that in their term “no crease” is creasing on the side.. wish he explained it to me then I would have said no and that I want the creases in the front.. so she said they can fix it right away and waited about less than five minutes. Additionally, to make me feel better, Karla gave me a lint roller. A small gift they give out every year. Sure the roller doesn’t cost much and yes it wasn’t a discount but her action spoke louder than simply saying sorry. Thank you Karla! You made my day!Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

Worst cleaners ever. Lady is rude and doesn’t care. Came on a Monday to have 3 shirts dry cleaned. Said it will be ready Wednesday at 5. Came in and not ready and one of my white shirts had a stain. Asian lady said she will give me one shirt free dry cleaning. Came back Thursday and my shirts are still not ready. Had a few other issues several times but kept coming back cause they are the closest cleaners to me. Well we’ll not coming back anymore.

This place have awful service and customer service all they care about is money not value and quality . I dropped off my shirt for dry-clean and when I picked it up it was still dirty . Very bad service

Everyone, don't come to this store if you don't want them to ruin your clothes! They ruined my cardigan, all the buttons, no matter the big buttons in the front or the small buttons on the side, were all broken!!!!The staff here didn't actively tell me they broke all the buttons, when I was picking it up, I found out myself. Very poor guest service! Said they don't guarantee the buttons, no apology! No refund!

Everyone, don't come to this store if you don't want them to ruin your clothes! They ruined my cardigan, all the buttons on my cardigan, not matter the big one in the front or the small buttons on the side were all broken!!! The staff here didn't actively tell me they broke all the buttons, when I was picking it up, I found out myself!!!!! No apology! No refund! Very poor customer service! Said they don't guarantee the buttons, this is such a bad excuse! No notice to customers and showing on the receipt! And they didn't want to give me the refund! The guys said We cleaned your clothes, but come on, your store damaged my clothes! ! I went to the boutique get new buttons by myself and take it to the tailor by myself! Of course you need to pay me back the cost for tailoring!! But how could you still charge me for the dry cleaning??? Trust me, don't come to this store.

EXCELLENCE!!!!! 5 stars!!! My family and I have been going here for years and they are so good with all clothing. I even had my engagement dress and wedding dress cleaned here. My husband's suit was dry cleaned here! I trust them 100%. I have been to many professional cleaners and this place has been so helpful and reliable. They are honest and hardworking. Sometimes they give me cleaning advice for at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I wasn't inlove or disappointed with their service. We brought 20+ things to be dry cleaned and they gave us a 4 day return time. One thing needed a new zipper. It was EXTREMELY expensive for the zipper. We spent $27 for the zipper to be replaced on my romper. The rest of the clothes were not ready for and we were told to come back the next day. Not a biggy because we live close but still odd because she could have said Tuesday to begin with. Every time we are there the younger female attendant is always on her phone and gives zero attention. It doesn't necessarily make me eager to go back. For our 22 items dry cleaned we paid $117. That price might get us back there.

Lady was very rude and double charge me on the alterations. I went there to do alteration on my skirt and they trim it 1 inch. I need it to be trim 1.5 inch. When I went back and told them the situation they trim again and charge $15 once again. I paid total of $30 to trim 1.5 inch. Beware! They charge very high price on alteration.Service: Alterations

Family-owned, will work with you and talk to you through what they can or cannot do with any of your garments based on material, they make some special accommodations to help me wash some of my martial arts gear as well. Convenient for me to my office, and fair enough pricing, my family has been using them for years and will continue to do so
