“To be honest, I almost had a bad experience until Karla came to help me out. When I dropped my martial art uniform off, the second time around, I explained to the owner (I believe he was the owner.. Asian older man) that the uniform pants suppose to have creases but told him last time when I dropped it off, the crease was on the side instead in the front. Told him it’s not suppose to have crease on the side. And he said under his breath, “These uniforms don’t need creases.” And told me that then he’ll put an indication as no crease at all. So I said fine. When I came for my uniform, it was creased again on the side. Karla explained as nicely as possible that in their term “no crease” is creasing on the side.. wish he explained it to me then I would have said no and that I want the creases in the front.. so she said they can fix it right away and waited about less than five minutes. Additionally, to make me feel better, Karla gave me a lint roller. A small gift they give out every year. Sure the roller doesn’t cost much and yes it wasn’t a discount but her action spoke louder than simply saying sorry. Thank you Karla! You made my day!Services: Clothing alterations & repairs”
“Actual life savers ! I’m working a really hectic schedule and only have 1 day off a week and I needed my dress clothes cleaned and pressed and able for pick up the same day. I was calling around 11am and nobody was able to do it or even work with me. Sean immediately told me to come in and we will figure something out. When I got there he took the time to explain how the process works and why normally it’s not doable. BUT STILL GOT IT DONE. It’s safe to say I found my new go to.”

“The place is clean & the owner & staff were very friendly. The machines use wallet cards you load with money. The cards are tricky to use at times as the machines don’t always recognize the cards right away. If you need to use the restroom, you’ll need to walk down to the discount store & use theirs because the laundry one stays locked.”

They have raised their prices which isnt great and the driers dont work like they used to, but its still better than 90% of what else is out there.”
“I absolutely LOVE this place! After getting married this past August, I wanted to dry clean my wedding dress and preserve it. I called several places and National had the best price. When I got there, Maria was so sweet and so nice. She did an excellent job cleaning the dress, especially the bottom train, which was covered in dirt from walking around taking pictures. I knew that my dress would be boxed, but I didn't expect such a beautiful box and for my dress to look so beautifully placed inside. Maria is very sweet, kind, patient, and meticulous. If anyone is looking for a place to dry clean and preserve their dress forever, this is the best place around! She also does dress alterations. If I had known that earlier, I totally would've gone to her! Thank you so much Maria for doing an exceptional job with my dress! I'm soooo impressed!!!!”

“Great service. Fast service. Same day cleaning service available which is a great perk. Decent pricing. I have been here for few years now for cleaning and alteration services. I have went to other cleaners and other cleaners locations do not have the same day cleaning service option available and charge a higher price. Anim the owner and her staff are nice every time I stop by to drop up and or pick up my vest / clothes for cleaning / alterations. Anim and her staff takes the time and effort to get to know me on a personal level. I feel like a friend to friend experience here rather than me just being another customer. I recommend this place for any cleaning and alteration services.”

“It was nice to see Kelly's friendly face again for my second time visiting this laundromat. She asked why I hadn't dropped in over the last couple of months as I shared that my 2021 MAYTAG washer at home had broken down again for the fourth time in the last six months. Granted, I'm glad I had sense enough to buy the five-year extended warranty, which has covered all the past service calls including parts. She said she felt bad for my misfortune but was glad to know that I had chosen to return to McCleans to do my laundry during this downtime. The things I will share about Kelly are that she is very friendly, welcoming, and funny along with being very helpful. On this visit, along with my usual dark, light, and white clothes to be washed. I brought in a queen-size comforter I had no idea how much laundry cleaning stuff I would need to take care of the task. She gladly gave me her advice and it turned out perfectly washed and dried. In my opinion, this is why she is such an asset to this business. Mind you, she helped me while taking incoming phone calls, making sure all was tidied up in the shop, and doing the Fluff & Fold service this location offers to their Customers. I also had no idea the volume of laundry that is brought in and goes out of this place. She is amazing at it and keeps it moving and organized to make sure she meets her client's deadlines. I know I'll be back for the next couple of weeks because I've been offered a Tech to come to my home after multiple attempts to repair my washer, that an inspector will be dispatched out for a determination if my washer will fall into the "Lemon" category. If so, Home Depot/AURION 3rd party repair company will offer a full refund of my purchase price, which I can then use to buy a new machine. That all sounds like a pretty sweet offer but, as we all know the prices of these machines over the last couple of years that I've owned mine, have gone up. So in the end, I'll still need to come up with the difference in cost. And who likes having to do that? “Wow— “professional” is not usually what comes to mind when one thinks of a laundromat but this place defies all stereotypes. We stumbled on this place while visiting from out of town. We had some dire circumstances and ended up needing to do laundry on our trip when we had not planned for it (long story…). This place was clean, reasonably priced and even had wifi!! Dare I say it made laundry…fun? I almost wish I lived closer so I could wash my bedding at this place instead of the dingy laundromats where I live. Wether you’re just passing through or make this your regular spot— you’ll be thrilled (and clean!).”

“I've used this cleaners for the last seven years (not counting the period between March 2020 and August 2023) and they do a fairly good job of dry cleaning. They are always friendly and courteous. The period between dropping off and picking up is usually about a day. The price of dry cleaning has gone up, but has everything else. I recommend this location.”

“I have been coming here for YEARS. I've lived in la habra for 29 years and my family has come here for decades. Their prices are unbeatable and the staff is always so friendly. They are always packed with garments, very popular la habra dry cleaners. If I take my clothes in Monday late afternoon, it's usually done by Wednesday after 4pm or Thursday. Very thankful to have this cleaners so close.”
“I was traveling and needed to do laundry. I haven't been to a laundrymat for 30 years or more. This place was very clean and had a really helpful gal working there. Kinda expensive but maybe normal...$3.75 per washer, however you could put 3 loads in it. Dryers were 25 cents for 8 minutes. If your ever in Fullerton go there and they even do fluff and fold.Oh one more thing...they had original video games like donkey Kong. Cool”
