The Manager was super accommodating. I was late to drop off the car. I went the next day he already knew that I might not make it. He didn’t charge me anything extra just because I’m a student. He checked the car and everything was fine. He said next time plan better. I’m referring to my experience at Enterprise located in walnut, California!

Always a great experience renting with Enterprise. Steven and his team were patient and accommodating. Will never rent a car at any other location. Someone always answers the phone and once at the location… you are always acknowledged. Highly recommend Enterprise on Valley Blvd.

Start their car gas is 1/8 of tank,but when I return the car they let me know should be charged more 4 gallons gas costing,but I prepaid 1/2 tank.the body shop help me appoint this car told me pay nothing but when return it they let me know should charge me insurance 360 dollars,oh my god ,my car was hit and counterpart should provide service for me to work,I can not pay one cent for the accident.

Although it was difficult originally to reserve a car, if you have a family member or friend, who is willing to help you get a car, they will allow you to drive the car as a secondary main driver. So long as they have their ID and their debit card to purchase the days of rent with the car.I got into an accident on September 28, 2023 and I immediately got the ability to reserve a car from these guys from the insurance and I couldn’t at first reserve a car so the next day I went with my mother and she helped me reserve a car. It was a lot easier that way. They didn’t give me as much hassle and they told me that they did take MasterCard where the previous one said they wouldn’t. So we were able to purchase the car it should be acknowledged though that there is a$100 depositWith every car that you reserve and if you damage the car past, what they said to me is “if the damage is larger than the size of a golf ball.” They keep your deposit. I always recommend to people that if they have a little bit of extra money to fill their gas tanks up all the way on their vehicles I’m just because there is a fee if it’s a little under where it was originally or if you bring it back empty they charge you 4 to 5 dollars more per gallon if you fill it up.Plus who wants to get in the car that only has a quarter tank especially if it’s one of their high-end cars that only gets about 5 miles to the gallon and the closest gas station is 20 miles away but you know you probably only have 10 miles worth of gasbut you should know the prices that they charge for gas is about a dollar more expensive than what you’ll find at the gas station so it was $5.50 is what they were showing me at the time and then at the other one we went to me and my mother it was $6.75 and then the first one we went to if you brought the car back empty it was $7.50 to fill it up per gallon and then at the other one it was $10.06 a gallon to fill it up.I went to enterprise in Walnut. That’s the first one that I had problems with and then this one which I had no problems with. And I am currently driving a 2021 red Hyundai Kona.

The staff are always very welcoming and always have the best interest of there clients. Chelsea and her staff always go above and beyond. Andrea was AMAZING and made the process super easy from start to finish. I will definitely be back!

I was entirely amazed by Andrea; when I first came in on day one, she welcomed me and helped me finish signing up for the rental. She even took the time to see why I came to enterprise in the first place. My car was in an accident and was in the repair shop. She noticed I owned a hybrid and offered to show me a hybrid and all other vehicles my insurance would partially cover. When your insurance is paying for it, I thought you didn't get to pick which car you got. But she broke down the cost I would be responsible for if I chose the hybrid. The "paperwork" was quick, easy, and painless. At one point during the rental, she even called to check up on me and asked if I needed anything and kept me up to date on when insurance would stop payments so that I could plan on when to return the vehicle. She welcomed me back when I returned the car, even by name. I have never had someone who didn't know me remember my name before; it truly made me happy to have chosen to rent. Not only from enterprise but from the walnut location specifically. Thank you, Andrea.
