“I really do love TJ Maxx, for the most part. The selection is great, prices are good, and the customer service needs attention.First example: I found a pillow on clearance but no price. Couldn't find an associate and after I did, she looked around for the same pillow. Needless to say there wasn't one. Looked around a bit more and pulled a price from who knows where of $19.Second example: I'm at the register with probably 10-12 items. The cashier gets to the last item setting there and says I don't think I rang this yet and rings it without thoroughly examining the receipt. I get to my car, while loading the bags, glance at my receipt. Sure enough, rang twice. I'm in a hurry but I have to go directly back in because then it is very difficult to prove. In addition, I mentioned I was looking for just a glass bowl cover and couldn't find one. He says, I just put one away yesterday. Doesn't offer to assist, doesn't call anyone, nada.Does customer service even exist anymore?”

“We took a drive to Walnut to the TJ Maxx to see what kind of seasonal merchandise they had ,we found more then a few items. You can find men's ,women's boys and girls and infants clothes .They also have shelves and mirrors ,they also have a selection of mans and women's boys and girls shoes , jewelry and cups, household items for your kitchen different knick knacks that you may want to display at your home or office.The structure of the building is large with different merchandise. The service is courteous and friendly, there's plenty of registers to keep the line going, it does get crowded on the weekends. There's plenty of parking with a shared parking lot with other businesses on the premises. The handicap stalls are close to the front entrance.”
