While the body work done on my vehicle was acceptable, following the work, I recently discovered that an item (an emergency flashlight) was missing from my glove compartment. This item was in the car when brought in for repair and is now missing. I would advise others who patronize this business to thoroughly check for missing items before leaving. Also check to see if the spare tire has been replaced if removed. My spare was not replaced and I only realized this after seeing that the nut to secure the spare was on the floor inside the back seat area. If not for this, I would have left and not known that the spare was missing until it was needed.

I give this shop five stars because of honesty points. I didn't use your service... But I did speak to a gentleman who was honest enough to tell me to use the actual dealer because of software they did not have yet. I really appreciate that, it was a $5000 bill. He could've got me since I was paying cash. She had the integrity to be honest with me and I'll consumer should know this.

All you can do on Yelp is vent your frustration and anger the review will have no impact, wish it does. This is one of those businesses where it applies to say " run Forest run" as far as possible. They took a long time to fix my car and did a very poor job, insurance companies make body shops buy used parts and wheels to save money then these parts are shipped from somewhere and you would expect that Coach & Colors will clean them before installing them no they installed it dirty and soiled with oil stains and did not even clean the car and tried to hand it over then when I complained they took the car back & cleaned it a little bit not detailed or anything. The body work did not blend and the color did not match 100% and the door seams did not blend in. This was not a very difficult or complicated job but they did a very shoddy job. I would find someone else. Good Luck

Had my mustang got fixed rear bumper and quarter panel at Coach& colors . You don't even needs to worry about anything in the entire process of insurance, they literally help you take care of everything with excellent customer service. The fully detailed is my favorite part of it, so nice and clean! Smells so good! Bring me a brand new car

Took my vehicle there to get an estimate. I told them I had an insurance claim and they said it did not matter. The person that helped me was very rude and condescending. I ended up taking my vehicle to another body shop to get my repairs done. I do recommend this business to anyone, unless you enjoy poor customer service.

They fixed a small dent on my front driver's side wheel panel caused by some inconsiderate moron who hit my car when they opened their car door. Because some of the paint was chipped, they told me they would do their best but no promises. They also told me they would only be able to use touch-up paint because painting the whole panel in metallic white would cost a lot and not be worthwhile. I trusted their professional advice and they delivered. The dent is only noticeable from up close, which is what I had hoped for.These are a group of entrepreneurs who do excellent work. Promised me a price and a time to pick up and no problems at all. These young men are honest, considerate, and serious about doing good work and running a good business. They are busy, but not too busy for the customer. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience working with the staff at Coach & Colors Autobody. We had an insurance claim from our vehicle being hit in the parking lot while parked and our experience was smooth and easy. They handled the claim with the insurance company and was also kind enough to suggest the local Enterprise rental down the road. Upon pick up they made sure the car was thoroughly washed and detailed all the while protecting the interior with plastics and floor cover mats. We even received a complimentary hand sanitizer and interior fragrances. Overall great service and good work. A great addition locally for a go-to auto-body shop in the area.

Based on my previous experience, I am very careful on choosing the right bodyshop. After reading reviews and I decided to use Coach&Colors to fix my vehicle. It’s actually the most pleasant repair experience I ever had! Staff here are very professional and responsible, they were able to guide me through the whole repair process with no headache. They even helped me communicate with insurance for all matters and made my job a lot easier. Most importantly, I feel the car is even better than before the accident, it looks newer and better all aspects. If you are looking for a reliable bodyshop, stop looking! This is the one!

My dealer recommended so I gave them a try. Scheduled an appointment to bring my car in and they already have a rental car ready for me when I get there. Since they are manufacture certified they got me all factory parts from insurance. Did takes quite a bit time to convince my insurance to pay for all factory parts, but at the end it worth to wait. Thumbs up
