Today was the worst customer service I had ever encountered. The manager Diana was so unprofessional. I hope CVS provides her with the proper training on how to talk to customers. During my transition the cashier needed help with my transaction and the manager Diana rudely said “I don’t know” and refused to help.. until a customer complained about the long line. That’s when the manager Diana stepped in rudely commenting that I was holding her line and pointed out that I should be grateful that she even allows me into her store. The manager position probably got to her head. I obviously got absent and raised my voice, Diana still had the oddity to tell me to be quiet. If it wasn’t for Dennis’s helpfulness and helping I would of never gone back as a customer. I hope the store manager or district manager would read my review and stops Diana from humiliating other customers like me. Thank you Denise for going out of your way. Hope to see her as a manager at CVS soon.

Don't recommend this place run I use to work there and they talk bad about each other some people are nice and respectful but the other people hell no so runn go to a different CVS tbh bad

Manager Liliana is so disrespectful. Many couponers and customers are scared when doing there purchases because when she is there it is just horrible from the way she speaks to us to just making faces. She rolls her eyes and speaks disrespectfully about us to her employees when the transaction is done as if we won’t hear. Treats her employees very poorly I really hope they one day can get a better manager and someone fully looks into how this manager treats customers .

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager decides to make her own policy as she likes (but doesn’t inform customers about it).So I bought a fragrance 2 days ago from this exact location and came in today for a return. My cologne was unopened, still sealed, and I had my receipt. Cashier was unable to process my return because “manager policy is final sale on fragrance” . I went back to the same fragrance aisle I got the cologne from and there is NO sign that states that. When I bought this cologne, the cashier Kailly didn’t inform me about this either. I look up CVS policy online and it says I will get 100% money back guarantee (including fragrances). Carleen the supervisor told me “I’m aware it doesn’t state it anywhere but it’s manager’s policy”. Manager was nowhere to be found. If you’re gonna make your own policy, have it stated IN your store so customers know before buying. I recommend going to the CVS on Central & Slauson as their customer service is way better and ARE able to process returns on fragrances as they do follow CVS policy.

I absolutely love this location. I live around the corner from a CVS but travel to come to this location because of the friendly atmosphere. No long lines, clean and well stocked. I mostly deal with the actual pharmacy department and I’ve never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work! Thanks guys

I absolutely love this CVS. I live close to a CVS but travel just to come here because of the service I receive. The store is clean, the staff is very professional and the lines are hardly ever long. The staff greets you as you're walking in. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and medications are hardly ever out of stock. Parking is convenient. I hve a great experience when visiting this location compared to the one I live closest to. Keep up the good work

Very bad customer service by a cashier, kept ignoring me until I said I was there for passport pictures. Took her time doing other things took pictures and left to attend other people in line. Then came back and told me that she had to do it over because pictures didn’t saved and took them again. I was waiting all the time until I was helped because I had to tell her if pictures were ready. Another cashier apologized saying she didn’t know, while the cashier that took them was acting like she didn’t know anything. It took more than one hour. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with customer service at this location.

They told us to come back in 30 minutes. We've been here an hour and still waiting. They say no medical card on file so are we paying for the medication. Gave them the card and still waiting. WORST PHARMACY EVER. BAD ATTITUDE FROM FEMALE ASSOCIATE.....?

This is one of my neighborhood CVS's, and usually every trip I take here is nice. This last visit I really appreciated the customer service that I was given. I bought an item that was on sale or so I thought and when I went Nancy was very helpful. She checked the price and was able to help me get a refund for the wrong price. I appreciated her patience and help. I think the staff here is good a few new people I'm sure because one of the associates seemed like if he was new but he looked for Nancy when he needed to be sure of something. I don't mind the CVS here because the store itself and staff are usually good. It's sometimes the other customers who can make it a bad cvs trip but that isn't something the store can do much about.

Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time; call CVS CORP. directly: +1 (401) 765-1500They will give you a wrong phone number to CORP. at the store. Horrible employees at the check-out lane.

Terrible experience back in October 2021 I ordered a single picture print 2 hrs after I received a confirmation email that my order was ready I headed to the store to pick it up just so they can tell me they had no pictures with my order number or name. Very rudely the cashier told me I should’ve called before even going to the store! I don’t even know why they send out email alerting you that your order is ready when is not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried their picture service again Today March 7,2022 biggest mistake! I received my confirmation email to pick up my pictures at 11:53 am I did not go to the store until 5pm mind you the picture are for my job I told my client she would have the pictures tomorrow morning, anyway I get to the register and the girl says that there is no pictures with my name or order number she then proceeded to check the machine had me wait for 5 minutes just to tell me that the machine was broken and it was going to take them several hrs to repair it! Word of advice don’t try to print your pictures at this cvs they won’t have them ready, total waste of gas!
