Absolutely amazing service! We needed to get flowers delivered quickly to a dear friend in the hospital, and after calling several florists, Walnut Creek Florist was the only one who could make it happen. Despite closing in less than an hour, they went above and beyond to ensure the flowers were delivered the same day. Everyone else said it couldn't be done until the next day, but Walnut Creek Florist came through for us. Their beautiful arrangement lifted our friend’s spirits, and their willingness to go the extra mile showed true dedication to their customers. Highly recommend for exceptional service and beautiful flowers!

I really think this place needs a higher review. I walked in at the very last minute for 3 bouquets. One for a bride and the other two for the mothers of the bride and groom. Both people behind the counter were so helpful. The florist that crafted the bouquets have an eye for this. They were absolutely gorgeous and she worked with me on pricing, which was amazing!
I only wish I had taken a photo. For the florist, they absolutely LOVED them! Thank you so much!

We had the pleasure of working with Walnut Creek Florist for our wedding, and the floral arrangements were incredible. Amy took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. She was very knowledgeable about flower combinations, colors, and design, and her creativity shone through in each arrangement. The flowers were very fresh and lush!

Place rules. Went in last minute on Mother’s Day 2024. Friendly people in there, awesome bouquet ready in 5 minutes, and reasonable prices. They had options at 25$, 50$, and 75$. Went with 50$. They even have a couch to chill on while they make your bouquet.

Wonderful people! They saved the day at the last second to make my daughter a wrist corsage and boutonniere for prom, after the ones she ordered from a different florist didn't work out. They are incredibly kind people and I definitely recommend visiting this shop!

Amy was fantastic to work with and very responsive. There was a few hiccups in delivery (not to Amy's fault) and she quickly offered her help and support to ensure the flowers got to my friend. So very helpful and I am thankful for her.

I live far from my mom and she is going through chemotherapy and I wanted to surprise her with something small. Paid $50 + service, delivery fee, tips etc... around $60 . Flowers advertised are different than what is delivered through DoorDash.

I would love to thank all of the staff members here who were able to accommodate my same day request. The bouquet came out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I wanted a bouquet with purples and blues and it came out perfect.

They put minimum care or love to their baskets. They even don’t care to cut their greetings cards good. So messy.

Talk about last minute!!! A dear friend was hospitalized on July 3rd at John Muir. Walnut Creek Florist took my order at 3:39PM and delivered a gorgeous arrangement of flowers before they closed for the holiday!! Ingrid was amazing at getting the details from me on the desired arrangement and had the delivery driver standby as all was being created. As time was of the essence, Ingrid told me she needed to call the hospital to get the room number. All this was expedited before she even took my credit card payment!! Amazing attention to detail and superior customer focus! There was no "expedited" charge either! Walnut Creek Florist has earned my loyalty!! Oh, the patient LOVED the flowers (wonderful fragrance)! The picture was taken from the bed by the patient so not the best angle.

Flowers were delivered hidden from sight during a heatwave. Unfortunately, they were so wilted that the entire arrangement was not in good shape. I called to explain to the florist what had happened— not to receive any replacement, just to advise them on better service. I also shared that I had a death in the family of a close family member which is why I didn’t call sooner. Simply called so they can improve their service. I did not receive caring customer support here. Suggest that the delivery staff take better care where flowers are left when in heat. You can make a difference through care.

they were so mean to me :((( i just wanted some flowers but they were v rude and condescending and j made me feel stupid and unwanted and it kinda broke my day :(
