An employee (Miguel) opened the dressing room door on me despite me repeatedly asking him not to. He humiliated me in front of two other customers and did not apologize for his mistake. I took this matter up with an assistant manager who neglected this entire incident and told me 'mistakes happen'. I feel ashamed and I can't believe how dismissive the store was of this issue.

Oh. My. Gosh. 10/10! My grandmother chocked on the drawstring of the Nike shoe on display but Bella performed cpr! Then Maia fell through the ceiling to perform the life saving final compression. Unfortunately grandma was hit by a bus last week, but I will forever remember the Tilly’s employees that saved her!!!!

Have been here multiple times and every single time I've been there the employees seem to be unhappy and unwilling to help. Went there again today since the hours said they close at 8 and I had a quick exchange to make, I got there at 7:15 and they were closed. I saw all the employees standing around inside so seemed like they were supposed to be open. Not sure if they changed their hours, but if so then they should update it on the website. Was a waste of time and gas

RACIST EMPLOYEES WORKING 7/31/31 @ 2:00PM!!! We walked in and we're not even acknowledged despite there being a worker standing at the entrance. He just stared at us like we were aliens walking in. I could hear everyone else being greeted as they walked in and throughout the store. No one offered us help, or asked if we needed fitting rooms, even though everyone else in the store was being offered this.

Love Tillys! I went in and they didn't have my size so they ordered it. They said something like 5 days and instead it came in like 2 or 3! I was surprised! Great customer service too :)

Love this store. Tonight they had a rad sale: 50% off their already marked down stuff. I got a lovely dress for cheap! Yay!!! When do you ever spend less than $30 in a dress and earrings. Whooo hooo!

DO NOT SHOP AT TILLY'S I am with a local church and we tried to purchase 50 backpacks from TIlly's for homeless youth in Contra Costa County. Spent an hour on the phone with their customer service to structure an order since their system only allows 10 items max on an order. Spent another hour inputting all the orders for the 50 backpacks. Then all the orders were cancelled because "bulk orders violate the Tilly's bulk order policy." Evidently Tilly's has been taken advantage of by third party resellers, thus their bulk order policy. But apparently, none of their customer service reps or managers are aware of this policy when I spoke to them for an hour in advance of inputting my orders. Also, Tilly's has absolutely no way to make an exception to this policy to allow bulk orders to go through because of their system constraints. Also, they could not help over the phone because all reps are working from home and do not have any telephone order capability. Not to mention, TIlly's passed up a great opportunity to shine in the community by helping out homeless youth. Unbelievably bad business practices. Avoid them. Boycott them. Don't buy from them. They need to get their act together before patronizing them.

I did the buy online pick up in store feature for a denim jacket I saw on the website. When I looked up the directions, I saw this location had some tough reviews and was not excited about stopping in. That being said, my experience was quick, friendly, and professional. The store wasn't too crowded and the employees on the floor were engaging and helpful. Definitely recommend trying the buy online pick up in store option. The person who helped me even asked if I wanted to try my jacket on before completing my pick up, which I hadn't considered but appreciated the thought.

It's been awhile since I shopped at Tilly's, but had them in mind when shopping for my nephew for Christmas. He likes skater shirts and Dickies pants, so it was easy to find clothes that he will like. They have such a large selection of pants and jeans that it was easy to find his size. All the size labels were facing outward, so I didn't have to dig through them. The shirts were on sale, which were about 50% off when you bought two. They had some great designs that looked like classic surfer/skateboard shirts. Overall was pleased with my shopping experience and was in and out in just a few minutes. Just how I like to shop, fast.
