I have a wedding to attend today and decided to book a makeup appointment at Sephora last minute- and im so glad I did! Carly was my makeup specialist and asked me questions about the look I was going for and the occasion. I felt confident in her abilities due to her attentiveness. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I love the finished look! After we were done I walked around the store to find a lipgloss and
Denise helped me find the color I was looking for. She even went out of her way to find other brands that had the same color I was looking for. Overall great experience.

This is my local Sephora of about two years and it is painfully bad how some of the associates handle customer service. One truly obnoxious cashier who snapped at every question and yanked a product back when I asked for an adjustment in price since some of it was covered by a gift card. The same cashier that’s shouts “next” mid question to let you know she’s finished with you whether or not you have been helped.
I had to mention it to the manager on site, it was so extraordinarily rude. Then several months later, today, mid sentence the associate walked away since the product was not on display. No offer to check a separate store or order online. Who are these people?

I’m a rouge member and spend thousands of dollars at Sephora every year. I wanted to make a return for some supplements I had a bad reaction to and it was 3 days outside of the return policy and they wouldn’t accept it. They told me to call customer service and customer service also wouldn’t accept this. With how expensive their products are, they should be more lenient if their products don’t work for customers who are spending a significant amount of money on.
In addition, I had spent hours in the store getting color matched and a worker Nazila put 10 items on hold for me at 12:30- I came back at 4:30pm waited forever in line and they said they didn’t have it.
Sephora is not what it used to be. Because of my experience today at this store and customer service, Sephora has lost a customer for life.

Update: The products recommended made a huge difference. At night I wash my face with my cleanser instead of the dove soap I was using before. Then I put on my pore refine serum before going to bed. Then in the morning before I put on my new Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation I first apply my free jelly serum and my moisturizer. I visible see a huge difference in my skin and makeup thank you so much! ? Before and after pics of foundation are below. Both pics are no filter or alteration. Straight from camera. ?
I have pcos dry skin so I came in today looking for a foundation that is hydrating but still medium to full coverage cause I’m a full coverage girly. I was immediately greeted at the door and Jennifer was so helpful!! Jennifer helped me pick all my stuff and even gave me tips for my dry skin by recommending a cleanser, a moisturizer, and two serums. One serum I got for free as well as a free makeup bag and a free gua sha that wasn’t cheap plastic but a nice heavy metal(: Jennifer was such a sweet soul and so good at her job. She helped me pick a shade match for my concealer and tested everything else on my hand to make sure I genuinely liked the product myself that she was selling me to help my skin routine before applying foundation to prevent cracking, creases, and more with my skin and makeup. She didn’t make me feel pressured to buy these products but showed sincerity in really wanting to help my skin problem. She didn’t show any biases and seeing the products on my hand showed whether they seeped into the cracks of my skin or not which helped me choose the ones that were most hydrating and most full coverage. She went over multiple products with me taking her time and not making me feel rushed and allowed me to make my own choice and have my own opinion. Best Sephora employee I met! I will give an update with a before and after of my skin once I start to see results(:

0 stars. I went to this location on a quiet weekday around opening, there were no other customers in the store. I smiled at the lady who I think may have been the manager and she whispered to her younger staff member " I can smell the tacky" I approached them, of course, hoping she would say that louder for me to record and report. The younger nicer young lady asked me if I needed help; which I did, I needed concealer and a blow dryer/ hair products. The younger one kindly recommended products and showed me where they were. While still looking for other items, I was stuck on the super goop because I like the clear sunblock. I asked the older taller rude woman due to her proximity to my person, and she rudely, dismissively, rolled her eyes pointed at the wall like I was bothering her. I asked her if she could help me find the clear supergoop, and said the one I had is clear, and it is NOT it is the tinted matte! I bought it because i needed sun block but she not only neglected to help me, she lied and sold me the wrong product. I am very soft spoken and tend to get nervous and anxious in situations like this. This interaction was in January and I went back recently and did not see her everyone there was nice and helpful. However, as I sit here looking at this wrong product, I decided to write the review. By the looks of the comments there are a few bad apples and this location, could use a training on basic customer service or maybe even WC S should select staff more carefully, some humans are un-teachable.

Came here on a Tuesday night (it was not busy) and one of the staff at the checkout was so unpleasant and rude. I asked for help with something for my husband, and before he even finished his sentence to wrap up the conversation, she rudely hollered “next!” to usher us out of the way. The whole interaction was so unpleasant, and neither of us ever want to visit this location again.
Also, after I got my receipt, I had 600+ points and could’ve redeemed a gift set, but she failed to ask me if I wanted to redeem something. Just worst customer service at a Sephora ever.

Hi was in the store today this afternoon. I do not feel safe in this store. There was no guard. Today three teens came and swiped the entire dior section. Why was there no guard on duty? There was plenty of shoppers in the store also children.
I feel very traumatized. I don’t think I’ll shop in store anymore

The store, like all Sephora’s, is great. Exactly what you’d expect. I took my daughter there on her 10th birthday because she’s obsessed with the place. I almost never write reviews, and the ones I do have been to support small businesses. I’m writing this today, however, because one employee, Jasmine, was shockingly rude to her coworker in front of my daughter. She chased the other employee away from her work station, admonishing her that it was her station (Jasmine’s) and not for the other woman to use. This was not only petty but interrupted the actual sales transaction. She was also rude to us while in line, abruptly saying where to go to make the purchase. After we left, we passed by outside about an hour later and Jasmine was outside on the phone, wearing her Sephora shirt, and using swear words to whomever she was speaking with on the phone. So, to the people who work at Sephora, consider the image she’s making on your customers, even the ones who are ten years old.

I bought a cologne sampler set for my son for Christmas and when I tried to redeem the certificate for one of the bottles that was offered they said they don't carry it any longer and won't be. They offered no alternative product or any kind of accommodation. This was a blatant bait and switch and false advertisement on the sampler set they sold me. For a large company to not care and treat me like it's not their problem felt insulting. I won't be shopping there any longer and don't think you should either. Very poor and disappointing .

I visit this store often on my lunch, ready to buy and needing help and never get it, the store is always full with a lot of staff, I was in there today for 15 minutes looking for lip liner no one offer to help, was walked passed several time

I LOVE THIS SEPHORA SO MUCH!! I drove 40 minutes to get there and I'll do it again and again!! Thank u to the beautiful Australian lady that helped me with my shopping! ( so srry I forgot ur name), I've never had such great service! She was so sweet and so patient with me, she deserves a raise!!! I'm officially done with Ulta lol, I left this Sephora feeling excited and confident again about make up! The people that work at this store know what they are talking about!! I left with two foundations samples, a setting powder, a beautiful blush, a face mask sample! And some other little items I needed. Don't matter the price to me the drive was worth it!! lol - Jakob ;)

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!
