My Mom has been a big fan and lives in Alaska. She really loaded up last time she was in town. I also have so many good and moisturizing fragrances at L'Occitane. Bella is very helpful!

Excellent staff super helpful and today the manager helped my wife find her lost cell phone. This is one of our favorite stores in Walnut Creek. Staff and products are of course excellent.

My daughter, granddaughter and I shopped at the Walnut Creek store yesterday. Bella assisted us and she is a gem. She is passionate about her job and extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. She has used the products for years herself, and was able to recommend the best facial and body products for my daughter and me based on our individual skin types/conditions. What I appreciated most about Bella is her honesty. If we were considering a product that she didn't think would work best for us, she told us why she was of that opinion and which product she felt would work better. In this day and age where customer service at so many places of business is sorely lacking, interacting with Bella was a breath of fresh air.Thanks, Bella!! Because of you, my daughter and I have decided to make the Walnut Creek store our go-to L'Occitane location.

It’s 12:50pm on a Monday 8/1/22 and the store is closed. It says it’s open online it should have opened at 12pm I knocked and I could see someone in there but no answer, I also called and no answer I drove 30 minutes to get here. I’m very dissatisfied.

Cashier, never give me samples after my purchase unless I ask for them. Very rude and selective as to whom she offer samples. My money have the same value as others. I go to this location often, if there was a closer location I would shop there.

The staff was very helpful except for the one behind the counter Thursday the 17th that was sneezing. If she was getting sick she should not have been at work.
