Aastha is so nice and sweet, she provided me excellent customer service. She went above and beyond explaining to me about the lenses. It was a nice experience shopping for glasses, she even recommended me which ones were the best according to what I like . And doctor Whitney is amazing as well he explained everything by detail to me, he really knows how to do his job and help his patients.Thank you for your support!I really recommend this place to get your glasses or sunglasses done

Such a positive experience I had with Michelle. She was incredibly kind and helpful, as I didn't have much understanding about the size of reading glasses that fit my face. She took the time to adjust the glasses, which I had already ordered online. I am grateful she was kind to my pup and dad as well. Thank you!!!

I busted off one of those nose pad thingies & Frank was able to replace it pretty quickly. He was also able to help me find the right kind of microfiber cloth I've been looking for.

This place is beyond amazing My lenses fell out on rimless glasses I didn’t even even get them from there and they fixed it for me free of charge. Gold standard I will be getting my glasses here henceforth

They refused to honor a discount code I was awarded because I refused to go with they realized they were not going to make enough money from me. Everything was going swell until I just stated what I wanted and then suddenly made up a weird rule out of their a**** to prevent me from using the discount. If the rule had been true, they would have just stated it up front instead of denying the discount at the last minute.

Dr. Whitney Ng was phenomenal! He made me feel comfortable and was down to earth. He was thorough with explaining everything to me and would often ask if I had any questions for him. I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided and he made my visit great!I had the pleasure of having Aastha handle my eye testing before seeing the doctor and she assisted me with locating new frames. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. I appreciate the time she spent with me considering I have a hard time making decisions but she was able to guide me. She was pleasant to interact with and very kind. She even fixed my current glasses that were lose for free!Overall my first experience with LensCrafters was wonderful and I'll definitely be back!! Customer service was great!
