So disappointed at this store. I came in 10 minutes after they open and they said that they are close for a private event. Today was the only day I can swing by to get what I needed. Seriously thinking of switching products.

Staff was very helpful with finding my skin and hair products. Learned about the new advanced be curly line. I found the products I needed and check out was great don't for. I will definitely be back in the future.

I had a great experience with Taryn at the Aveda store a few nights ago. I use Aveda products regularly and enjoy shopping at this location to try new things. Taryn recommended a lip product that was perfect for me after I'd raved to her about the Aveda lip balm - which is my absolute favorite. She was super knowledgeable and offered great customer service.

Very nice vibe inside as well as great service, the lady who helped us was very informative and kind. Came for last second Christmas shopping, the prices were decent, there were good bundles/deals and there were a bunch of complimentary services and tea.

Julia was so great. I'm not from the area so imagine my face when I found out the product I came for was out of stock. She mentioned they were going to receive a shipment in a couple days and offered to ship it to me for free. Uh, yes please! She called me a few days later to tell me it was en route. I appreciated the quick recommendation and awesome customer service.
