Not impressed at all. Paid for a "detail" albeit a cheap one but their wash doesn't get all the pollen or crud off so you still have spots on the windshield, they didn't vacuum an area and there were areas I can tell weren't wiped down. Mats still dirty. If you need a basic wash, that's what you are getting. Stick to the basic menu.

I've been happy with them for a few years .
Miffed because my hand-wash which has always been 5 stars ended in my new car having 2 scratches in my pristine paint. I'm having a difficult time letting it go.
People are friendly, pleasant and thorough as a rule. My problem is I see the scratches though small everything I exit my car. Black shows everything.

$75 for a had wash because I have a storage on top I get it but I could have done this myself and better. As a matter of fact when I got home I had to wipe some things down. Over priced for a car rinse..

Do not provide these people any business. I just found a $69 fraudulent charge by this business on my card. They won’t take Apple Wallet, insist on a physical card which is used for theft. I’m notifying the police department next

Brought my car here on a Saturday morning and got the 149 dollar interior and exterior package.
I requested the service since I haven't had the time to clean and treat the leather interior, so I figured they would do a great job for the price. I am aware that this place isn't exactly a precision detailing shop, but nevertheless I figured something is better than nothing.
I was disappointed for several reasons, the first, I was never told that my car was done. It was just sitting on the side, I was on the premise the whole time listening to the PA system for call outs and I never heard my car being called. It was just sitting on the side and I had to ask one of their employees what the deal was.
When I got in my car, I wasn't even mad, I was just disappointed at how cheap and quick the job was performed, the seats were horribly oily and slippery, the overspray all over the mirrors and center consoles, steering wheel. They didn't even clean the Alcantara trimming, in fact, it looked worse because it is now shiny and matted.
The saving grace is that the exterior looks really good, or so I thought. When I got home there was several spots that weren't buffed in all the way, the wheels were still really dirty and the aftermarket front camera on the bumper was seemingly unclipped and no one told me about it. (Luckily I just clipped it back into place).
2 stars instead of 1 because at least most of the car was clean. If I had paid the standard 60-70 bucks for the wash wax and vacuum, I may have been okay with it. But for double the price? Yeah, never again. Just gonna buck up and go to a real detailer.
I wanted to ask for at least a partial refund but I just did not have the energy after waiting for over an hour for this disappointing end result.

I got a car wash today and requested the ultimate. I was talked into the membership given that it was only a few dollars more. I received my car and when I got home I noticed the trunk was not touched despite the car wash I requested had trunk vacuumed and wiped. I totally understand that everyone is working as fast as they can, but there were barely any cars when I came in earlier. I just cancelled my membership. When I called and explained, I was told that the trunks aren't cleaned unless you ask. The type of car wash has listed that trunk is vacuumed and despite that, I've never heard of a car wash not cleaning a trunk. I had nothing back there and just had a little dirt in the cupholder hoping that it would be wiped. There were other spots on the exterior of the car that weren't washed well either.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I was looking for a medium-budget car wash. However, what I received was far from satisfactory. The menu was confusing and didn't match the website. I paid for the 'ultimate' wash but the interior was neglected - crumbs on seats, dirty door handles, untouched mats. The cashier was amazing, but the overall experience was disappointing. I refrained from complaining to spare the workers, but the owner needs to rework the process. Rushed service, car ready in 23 minutes (definitely not enough time), not worth $50. Retraining employees and improving the process is necessary for earning 5 stars.

Terrible, lazy workers who could car less about their job. Burned out! Sloppy work, but look for a tip.

Charged me $80 for a hand wash because of a rack on the truck.
The truck is full of scuffs and water marks as if it was just hosed off. I got home and have to finish cleaning it myself. Last time.

Recently I took my car to Autopia Carwash for a wash, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that one of the floor mats was missing. When I asked the staff, their attitude left much to be desired; they seemed unwilling to help and simply told me that the mat was not there. I was very disappointed by the lack of attention and indifferent attitude towards my concern. I strongly recommend to customers to thoroughly check their vehicles after each wash to avoid losses like this. It is crucial that Autopia Carwash improves its service and ensures that no items are lost from customers’ vehicles in the future

You get a good car wash here. They clean the inside and out. They have a detail shop to do extra services like waxing or sealants or interior details. There is usually a line of cars on the weekend, so I recommend going Monday through Thursday. You can join their membership and pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes, or I buy a gift card 4 washes for the price of three. They dry the car and clean the windows inside and out, and dress the tires. I usually tip the person who does all the hand drying and windows, and they work hard all day. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a fun shop to look at while waiting for your car.
