I worked with Woody at West Coast Flooring in Vista. I had Vinyl wood flooring placed in my house that I have just moved into. Woody did a wonderful job, helping me choose what I wanted. He also worked with a very reputable and excellent company to do the installation. Everything went superbly well. There were a few surprises when they removed the carpet in terms of the underlying materials. All the decisions that were made were discussed with me in great details, so I understood what was going on. I highly recommend West Coast Flooring and Woody for any one who is looking for a good solid company.

We are thrilled with our experience hiring West Coast Flooring to update our floors at our house. Woody helped us pick the perfect flooring to replace our old carpet and kept in close touch with us throughout the installation process. The install crew got it done quickly and they were very clean. Ferris came by afterwards to ensure the job exceeded our expectations. We love our new floors and were so impressed with the price, customer service and quality work. Our only regret was not doing it sooner since we are so happy. If you are considering updating your flooring, we highly recommend working with Woody and West Coast Flooring!

I had a wonderful experience with Alfonso. He came to my home with a variety of samples. He educated me on flooring and talked me out of a pricey demolition. He helped me pick out a cost effective, highly durable and quiet floor. I love it. Alfonso has a design background and helped me pick a floor that compliments my granite countertops. The whole house feels new and updated. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend Alfonso for your project to make this a fun, stress free, no pressure experience.

Over the years, I have gone to West Coast Flooring for my flooring needs specifically to work with Alfonso Luna. Alfonso has always been professional, personable and accommodating in whatever work I’ve needed. Currently I went back to him to assist me in replacing flooring and carpeting. West Coast Flooring helped us with our entire kitchen remodel. We worked hand-in-hand with Kelley at every point of the project without having to spend the big bucks on hiring a contractor and an interior designer. Kelley and her team were so easy to work with, very reliable and experienced in all facets of our remodel. I am so happy I went to West Coast Flooring in Vista. I worked with Alex, and she was so helpful in guiding me to the tile I bought. She showed me several samples and even brought them to my house to see how they looked with my kitchen. My floor was installed and I am very happy with how it turned out. Woody our sales manager at west coast flooring in vista was awesome. He listened to what we were looking for and was not pushy at all. Help us find the exact style of LVP. He insured we received the best installer for the job and they were excellent and very attention to detail, turned out great! The whole process was no hassle and completed in a very timely manner. We just had an excellent experience with West Coast Flooring in Vista. Our initial inquiry was responded to right away, and Woody came to our home to have a look at our project (replacing hardwood and carpet with a modern hardwood) and show us products. He was personable and knowledgeable and left with our order. The install began and finished on time. The two installers clearly knew what they were doing. They were courteous and worked hard for five days to complete the job. We are very happy with the new look and quality of the work. I have only wonderful things to say about West Coast Flooring. From the first visit with John Wood, who came out and measured for my laminate flooring to the completion of the job by the professional and friendly installers, West Coast Flooring delivered on excellent customer service. I have used them on three separate jobs now, and have been completely satisfied with the work that was completed and the level of care and communication I had with all of those in the company, including John snd Shane who scheduled my installations and to the installers themselves. Great experience with West Coast Flooring! From the initial call (not exactly knowing what I wanted) to the completed install, it was a smooth experience. Woody was fantastic to work with - knowledgeable and friendly. He tried multiple options to finally find a near perfect match with our existing flooring. Not an easy task! Even better, it was on sale!The team kept me updated while the materials came in and for important reminders of install day. Pablo and the install team were fantastic. I recently purchased a large custom made area rug from Woody at the Vista location. I would highly recommend Woody and the rest of the team at West Coast Flooring. Woody listened to all of my "wants" and gave me a lot of different choices to choose from. He took his time and explained the different materials and which would be best for my need and why. In the end, he helped me to pick a rug that my family and I love. The rug was made and ready for pick up in less than a week. After the rug arrived, Woody helped me to find the best possible pad to put under it for a comfortable feel in our family room. My experience with Woody and the Vista Team was easy and pleasant. I will be using them for my flooring needs in the future.
