“Not what I was expecting in terms of ordering at a counter (I thought it was a sit-down waitress comes to you type of place) but it worked out nicely in the long run. Food was decent. Staff was very friendly. I also didn't realize the bar was only beer and wine so that was a bummer for me since I drink vodka. All that I would still give it 5 stars. However, I deducted 1 star because the table by the pool table was literally right in front of the electrical panel and a portion of it was exposed. The place was super busy so this was the only available table to sit at while we enjoyed our meal (which was actually really good bar food!). We were just passing through town and decided to stop in to try it out. If I lived nearby I would probably visit this place on occasion.”

“We absolutely love Pets Plus! They have everything you need from food, toys, accessories and more. But to boot they have the most phenomenal customer service across the board. Every time we walk by we stop in to say hello and grab a duck heart for our golden retriever. The staff always remember Taters name and go out of their way to say hello. It's obvious that the staff have a genuine love of animals and I appreciate that so much! Their prices are very fair, selection is plenty and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend shopping local and treating your pet here!”

“I drive by this place all the time, and finally stopped by because of the sign saying they had goats and chicks. My kid enjoyed seeing all the animals- turkeys, rabbits, chickens, and even a hog that doesn't have to be in a cage. I thought this place would be more like a bare bones supply warehouse, but it's more like a rustic country store that even has gifts. One store has horse supplies and a boutique, the other is gourmet pet food and treats. They carry unique items not found at big box pet stores. Customer service was okay, all staff seemed miserable and angry but they did manage to force themselves to greet us. Intuition tells me they have berating management, that's how it appears. Overall, this place is an interesting country experience. The animal area in the back is definitely "country". I am glad they are still here.”

“I got a Fantale fish and surprisingly if there is something wrong with any animal or anything they actually have a service to tell what's wrong people are very nice. The fish was totally fine. It's about a few months. If you need anything for pets, I recommend Petco the best Petco is in Vista.”

I ended up getting a few extra things because they put me in a cheery mood. “Carlsbad Pet and Feed is pet paradise! WOW, upon just the first few steps the chew bar was calling our names! Jose, the animal whisperer, is like a wizard for wagging tails. The pet selection is so posh; my dog contemplated ordering with a monocle. I swear, Jose turned my puppy into a stand-up comedian with his magical touch. The store is a pet disco - found a scratching post that's the cat's meow. Carlsbad Pet and Feed: Where pets get the VIP treatment and Jose is the furball confidant we never knew we needed. A+ for laughs, treats, and tail wags! there goes my entire check! Next door they have the cute pet groom room so time to get the fur friend pampered and cleaned up”
