Hi, the guy that works has great customer service, but the female with fake cockroaches eyelashes is crazy over charging me for a screen protector, she went as high as half of what I had pay for case protector and screen protector at same location. Maybe she need it some lunch money, or more cheap glue for fake eyelashes and don’t think I can’t feel the difference so keep this in mind if my screen breaks lol ? I will return the favor

Daisy helped me soo much ND was very understanding to my situation. "Phone was stolen and I had money but no card or cash so we had to download Google pay and etc'......She never made me feel uncomfortable and she actually helped with my anxiety and kept me calm and now I'm writing this review with my service and new phone that she helped purchase. Thank you Daisy.

1st off the lady that helped me was a very knowledgeable and probably , no definately the cutest woman I have ever seen in my life. Not that the 2nd part matters at all. Don't let me tell you. It don't hurt. I had my new phone and was in and out in about 15 min. She didn't try selling me anything I didn't need unlike other company's I have gone with in the past. No names but their initials are Verizon wireless. I highly recommend anyone male - female- E.T. it don't matter. If your shirt on time and need to get in and out with out spent a fortune. Go see the lady's at Metro PC's on Emerald and the 78..... You won't be disappointed by any means.

When I go to the store the girls don't know more that I know about my phone. In fact one time I witnessed them just pushing buttons instead of reading things so I asked for my phone back. This is the worst office I've ever ever ever seen. I worked for a company that sold cell phones and this whole shop would be shut down. Never entrust your phone needs to this store!!! I only gave them a one star because I had to give them something to leave this review.
