Very, very bad experience when I called to make an appointment. The lady wasn't nice and she just cut me off when I asked her for question she told me that she was very busy.

Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in a rush and needed a quick haircut. She was able to do that and give me a medium/high fade haircut. She also offered me military discount because I’m active duty. Overall great experience.

Worst haircut of my life!!! My hairstylist was named Rebekah and she Fup my hair. I had long hair down my mid back and I ask for it to be shoulder length. She decided to use hair clippers and I ended up looking like Dora the explora. I’m so upset. I have slight wavy hair so I went home to straighten it. After it was straightened my daughter noticed the back was all choppy and I had a hole in it. I went back the next day they gave me my $24 refund back and apologized and offered to fix it . Armando did his best in trying to fix all he kept doing was apologizing and saying how hair clippers should not be used on long women hair. It literally took like almost two hours to make it look decent. I don’t think how my refund is supposed to make this better seriously $24 it supposed to make up for the damage to my long thick hair. I’m never going back again please don’t waste your money & time

My “Normal” salon was closed and needed a haircut! Logged in, got on the list, and only waited 2 minutes. “Ginny” who cut my hair did an amazing job! I was in the mood for someone else’s creativity and said just give me aCute hair cut and she did! It was perfect and I’ll be back!

My Son went into this GreatClips on Sunday 7/23 at 6:25 pm (salon hours were til 7pm)stylist by the name of Geanne asked if he had an appointment, he told her he was just a walk-in her response to him was that they were closed. When he asked if they were open til 7 she then sighed with frustration and then said “ what was it that you needed?” He said a clean up to the lowest that she could mainly on the sides and back. She then took him to her station and told him she was just wanting to go home, and didn’t know why he was there that he didn’t need a cut. She used the trimmers to do the lowest with no fading/ blending. She held the mirror only to one side so he didn’t see the HORRIBLE cut she did. As a professional man he couldn’t go anywhere else to have this corrected. I write this because as a current GreatClips Mgr. In Texas for 15 yrs. I was embarrassed that my son had to experience this. This stylist needs to be sent to re-train and learn the GC standards first and foremost the 5 steps to customer care.,and the GC cutting/ clipper system. As you will see on these pics say it all. I will be emailing corporate as well this was not acceptable.

Never again!! I asked for a back of neck trim and trim a few uneven hairs. I walked out with a “barber shop cut” that even my husband would hate. When she took off the plastic cape. I stood up and she said, . “Oh. Sit back down. I forgot to trim your neck with clippers”. Christy is sweet, but should work in a man’s barber shop. My cut is awful!! Even my girlfriends said. “ it’s going to take a few months to grow back”. I have used Great Clips in Largo, Fl. They did great!! But Not in Vista!!
