Customer service was great but they were understaffed and opened an hour late. They replaced my screed in a timely manner and everything works, but there is a gap between the screen and phone. Also the back piece is not aligned properly. Also I noticed minor scuff marks from when they took it apart. I'll probably have to send it back to Samsung.

I enjoyed my experience here the staff was friendly and helpful. I was provided with all of the necessary information and what I needed to complete the insurance claim for my phone! It was quick and it came out looking brand new! Great service everyone and thank you so much!

seemed like a good place to come get my phone's battery replaced since it wasnt charging and dying fast. they estimated about an hour and a half wait. when i got to the place to check for an update on my phone, i was told the technician nipped and broke my phone screen in the process and that its part of the risk for replacing a battery, but i dont recall being told of this before? i would have been okay with just waiting longer to get my screen fixed but i had to pay an additional 50 dollars for it to get replaced as if it was my fault?? that was what made me upset about this whole situation. $220 in total. go somewhere else please.

You can’t get through to make an appointment or speak to someone. I was supposed to get texted back twice, never got a text and I can never get through on the phone to even set up an appointment

Every time I bring something here, they give me an estimated pick-up day only for it to pass and suddenly “they’ve lost a technician” and they’ll get to it whenever they can. Brought my mother’s tablet in to be serviced because it wasn’t charging. They had it for over 4 weeks and it hadn’t even been through “diagnostics” and didn’t know when they’d be able to get to it.
