The best customer service I've ever experienced. We came in to the store to look around since my boyfriend is in need of some work boots. Both Pat, the owner of the store, and his staff member were great. We will definitely be coming back to THIS store once we're ready to purchase.

If I can give Patt 10 stars I would!! He took his time to educate me on the type of work boot that would be perfect for the work that I do. Customer service like Patt provided does not exist anymore. From the minute that we walked in the door it was a very kind and pleasurable experience! As the owner of the store you can see the pride and joy he takes in his work.

I was trying to decide the right brand of boot for me. I needed comfort and safety. When I went to the store the lady asked several questions then measured my feet and step and recommended the right boot for me. It has only been a week but the fit is great.
