Scheduled an appointment for our dog 3 weeks ahead of time. Get a call a day before to confirm appointment. Then get another call to reschedule appointment to a date in the past. I called back to confirm and they said no it hasn't been canceled you're still Scheduled for tomorrow. I show up then somehow I'm skipped and have to wait for the groomer to inspect my dog. She is very dismissive at first trying to reschedule or tell me a day that would work better. I finally convinced her to groom my dog. I come back 6 hours later and all that was done was a wash. They said they tried to call to tell me it was too busy and they couldn't fit my pet into the schedule. They lack customer service and communication at this location. One of the worst petco's in the central valley. I think Joe Biden owns this one because of how the employees act. ?

This location is full of people with alot of first hand knowledge on a wide range of pets they all seem to be animal lovers and it shows pete is always quick to offer solid advice and guidance when your so use to having to google things it refreshing to be in such good hands while shopping for there

You can't always get what you want, but if you try, sometimes, you get what you need! (Also, you can get what you want... on amazon, for a little less, but if you want it today, then you might get lucky in-store.)

They had security follow me Around in the store as i looked for the right food, while on the phone with my mother, then when I very, VERY, Politely, complained was insulted. I can't understand it, ive also had 1 medium grade experience where they helped me look for a holster then kinda gave up halfway.
