Had several prescriptions at RiteAid and got tired of getting the run around and waiting in long lines. I've been going to Kaweah Health Pharmacy for a few months now, and they are very efficient, professional and fast! They even got certified to dispense a particularly difficult medication I was having RiteAid fill, which was always a problem there. But KHP hasn't skipped a beat yet. Wish I'd switched a lot sooner! They will even bring it out to your car if you call them.

They are very helpful getting the cost for medicine ? down to a affordable price. Where as CVS wouldn't even try to help.

happy there’s a curbside pick up otherwise I would transfer my prescription to another pharmacy with a drive through. Would be nice if the curbside was more convenient with the correct options on the phone to easily let them know you’ve arrived. Instead of listening to the menu and hear the different prompts and guess which number to press because it says nothing about curbside pickup.

I have been with this pharmacy for about three years. My experience with this place is that they are very caring and get to the task at hand. The staff is very nice and helpful and professional. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I come to gets my mom's meditation that is given free by Kaweah Delta for her diabetes. She does have insurance, but not everything is covered. Thank God for Kaweah Delta and the doctor that referred her. She gets it free. Medication was close to 400, then 300, and finally 200 and something. Then free after her referral. She did have to qualify for it. Both my parents get social security as income only. Staff is friendly and super nice. THANK YOU!!!!

I recently had a procedure performed at KD Hospital and a new prescription was issued by my doctor and the prescription was ready for me 4 hours before my release and my wife was able to pick it up for me. I started using KD Pharmacy last month and their service has surpassed the service I had received from CVS or the online pharmacy connected to my insurance.

Went here to pick up my mom's medications after her surgery. She has super limited mobility/nurse instructed to just leave her in the car and to run in and pick up the medication and that she had called ahead and that they would be ready by the time we arrived at the pharmacy. I've been waiting close to 40 minutes with my mom in the car with the vehicle running. If I had known it would have taken so long I would have just taken her home first instead of having her wait in the car.

This pharmacy was supposed to deliver my meds to Kaweah Rehab between 11 and 1. I was discharged from the facility at 11, and had to wait until 2:10 for the meds to arrive, despite getting a call from them at 12:50 to say they were 5 mins away!
