Great boutique. Reasonable prices. Online deals and had delivered to store. So many cute items for my teen. Mariyah(Mariah?) So helpful. I had 2 packages coming in but was out of town and had the 2nd package was coming in a little later and the store thankfully held them! If u see something cute get it cause it will b gone the next time u go back. It's also a fave shop my my younger sister who is in finance. Versatile for a teen or a lady who has big business meetings and travels too.

Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful the clothes are also very pretty and so is the jewelry.

The staff is really friendly at this location and the selection of clothing and jewelry is amazing for how small the store is. Their clothing sizes include: XS, S, M, L, and XL from what I saw. The dresses tend to fall above the knee. I would highly recommend women check this store out for casual, date night, or occasion outfits. I bought two long-sleeve dresses for a winter wedding (guest) and paired them with over the knee boots since they were shorter.

My first time at Francesca. I thought the clothing was beautiful. They need to work on their customer service. When I walked in there was no one at the register. They don't help you out in there.

I adore Francesca's, I would go to the Fresno Location almost every weekend. The staff were always so friendly and welcoming. I recently moved to Visalia so I was eager to try this location out. The customer service was very disappointing, your not greeted at the door nor are you asked for help. The store was also quite messy and very unorganized. I'll stick to shopping online or making the trip to Fresno location.
