Owner is super rude, looked like all the workers were walking on eggshells, went in for a smog and the employees were nice but kept looking over there shoulders wondering where the little ruthless lady was and I asked the tech a question and she yelled at me telling not to bother them lol. I told her she might as well just tell me to shut up. Shop was super filthy didn't even want to sit no wonder why the shop was empty.

They didn't end up being as bad as I thought they were at first, but their mistake caused me a lot of unnecessary work and they charged me twice as much as they should have. I would go back if absolutely necessary, but the guy at Mineral King Smog seems way nicer.
