An update...I received a bill from CJ Hammer on July 21st for the service call the prior week. I paid the bill (to their PO Box) about 7 days later and then received another bill in the mail on August 2nd with a $5.00 service charge for my "late" payment. Are you kidding me??? A petty service charge within 2 weeks. So unprofessional. So again I repeat - Do NOT use this company!

I deal with Visalia, and this review is for that location. They installed a new submersible pump for our domestic system in 2008, in a well under a large oak tree that was dug in the 1920's. Had to use a crane. I was so pleased with the service and employees, I called the owner that day. They just made a service call on my system, and they get 5 stars. Prompt, clean, and courteous, they did they repair in 1/2 hour.
